This is the worst chick fila in the Triangle. Horrible parking lot management. Some staff great most staff are average at best. Fries come out cold. I have never seen a manager on the floor checking on guest experience or asking for feedback. They NEVER send rewards to customers like other Chick-fila in the area do. Save your time and go to Cameron village, brier creek, or capital stores instead. Honestly better off going to the mall and paying an extra dollar. I’ve never been to a cfa where all the workers look angry. Tells about about the management.
