That was by far the best spicey chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. It literally looked like it came directly out of an ad! It was perfectly crunchy, the lettus tasted fresh, and the Filet itself was HUGE. I ordered at 3:40 pm and got my food in less than 2 minutes. The registers name was Taylor but I’m not sure it that was the person who served me. They were wonderful, serving with a smile, and looked like they cared. I will be coming back again.

Service is good but how come every time I get a thing of fries it looks like this? It’s half full and no matter if I get a regular or large, it’s the same for both. It also takes longer than it should to get orders fulfilled at this location. I often put a mobile order in and say that I’m at the location 5-10 mins before I get there and it’s usually still not ready by the time I come through the door to pick it up. Just a few thoughts!

We went through the drive-thru this evening. Out order was taken by a new employee with a manager at his side. We ordered our food and also ordered a pup cup. The manager stated they do not have pup cups but could give us a dog bone. I have been to multiple locations and have always been given a pup cup. Very disappointed with the management and this location

Should reconsider how customers are charged for salads. Charge is EXTRA when askked for extra cheese and corn. Therefore there should be a discount for a salad with No Tomatoe and No Bacon. Also the BACON is NOT COOKED. This TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER. I have stopped buying Chic Fila salads because of this. Its NOT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER.
