My family would ALWAYS stop at the Shelby Chick-fil-A the nuggets were always good juicy chunks of chicken and the waffle fries were always hot, golden and a little crunchy like they should be and the tea always cold and good so when Forest City got a Chick-fil-A I was EXCITED to say the least!!!!! When the Forest city store opened it was just like the Shelby location always great then I don’t know what happened!!!! The nuggets have gristles in just about EVERYONE and the waffle fries are soggy and soaked in grease so bad if you squeeze them grease will drip out and they are COLD !!!!!!!! The people are usually nice and friendly there have been a couple of times that I could tell the drive thru people had had a long day.

Absolutely one of the best locations I’ve ever been to! Cleanest on the inside even though it was packed full of people. There was about 7 people in front of me in line and 10 waiting for their orders. I had ordered, waited & was back in my car within 10 minutes. They are super sweet & definitely take care of every customer – 110% ! Will definitely return for more goodness ❤

Ordered doordash which I do usually every 2 months or so. Usually I get nice juicy chicken tenders. Today they are so overcooked I can barely chew them. They look to be having been old and dropped twice. So dark there almost black. I spent close to $50 and received $5 credit from doordash. I will no longer trust the bag handed to me. If I ever doordash again I will be sure to open before the driver leaves. Typical of most fast food restaurants. They start with quality and slowly become nasty once they have been established in an area. So disappointed.

I’ve lived in quite a few places around the country and this is the sorriest Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to. The drive-thru is nuts with the merging of one lane into the other when it actually continues as two lanes all the way to the pick-up window. Then, they always forget part of my order, and sometimes I don’t realize it until I get home which is 20 minutes or so away. I stopped going here for a few months and decided to give them a try last night, and they forgot 2 of my sandwiches. I had to turn around and come back. There doesn’t seem to be any quality control on what goes out the door with the drive-thru. I lives in Raleigh for close to 20 years and the Chick-Fil-A I went to regularly there maybe messed up on an order once. I’ve been here in Rutherford County 7 months and I would say I have had 4 or 5 orders that were incorrect with items missing.

6/8 is when me and my wife visited this chick-fil-a for the first time. I had a couple questions about the mobile app and the front counter was long. I saw Hunter in the corner eating her meal and asked her for help with it, she didn’t hesitate to help me. She then told me she was on break, and they she will always go above and beyond for customers. I love love that in her! You have created such a amazing environment! 12/10! WAY TO GO CHICK-FIL-A!!!

I love eatinga! I legit probably eat it once a week, but I’ve only been to this location 3 times since it’s opened and I feel like it has some room for improvement on the taste of the chicken. I honestly don’t know it’s not cooked all the way though or what but it has a crunch to it compared to other Chick-fil-a’s (Cleveland Mall.) I asked for light ice and received a cup with ice and a splash of soda.

Misses Ma’am
I had to use the bathroom while there. I opened the door and a nice aroma of cinnamon and apples greeted me. It was the cleanest bathroom I have ever visited. The sink is so cool.
