First time here after they rebuild the place. Nice staff and service was quick. The new layout is so much better than the old one. Flow of traffic is easy and drive through has a lot more room for cars. As always food was great.

Honestly irritating. i NEVER write reviews but working all day and wanting to come home to a chickfila salad with NO DRESSING. my sweet husband had to go out to get dressing, forgetting my pickles for my salad and all of our sauces really puts a damper on my evening. Anyways overall bad experience and husband even said the guy that took his order acted like he hated his job… find a better one then! try again next time & have a better attitude!

This place has gone downhill. Good news is that if you’re going thru the drive thru or getting it to go, you’ll still get great tasting food. However, the service here has dropped way off if you’re dining in. First, there’s usually a wait to order (and no app ordering to your table was available the last time I visited). Once you’re able to order, the team member isn’t that friendly. Last time I visited, I kept getting asked, “Is that it?” After every item I ordered. It felt really rushed. I went during a slow time, but the restaurant was really dirty. All the tables were a mess and the floors were dirty. When I went to get a refill on drinks, I had to wait for awhile and the team member wasn’t friendly either. As the service goes, this location feels more like an airport or mall location, not a real Chick-fil-A.

Although I only went through the drive-thru, customer service was excellent! Genuine smiles, greetings, our was correct, and we moved through the line in less than 5 minutes during dinner time!! My only disappointment was my cookie was cold. Bummer. I guess I better say I want it warmed the next time.

We are a family of six (6), four (4) kids, and often order to the tune of $60-75 for our family. Lately, customer service went from “my pleasure” to “I need a receipt to validate your concern”. We ordered over $60 in food, to include, four (4) ice dreams and my wife was challenged specific to her count of goods received vs goods paid for…. Any consumer would agree that having paid over $60 at a drive through, we’re not intent to steal a $1-1.50 ice cream. Further, after checking her order, multiple items were missing forcing her to carry our injured (6) year old daughter inside to get our order resolved. Once inside, while finding a lack of common decency to open a door, my wife was met with a chaotic situation unbecoming of the chic fil a reputation which caused further, undue stress (especially since no male is raised to open doors for females, kids or elderly nowadays). Quite a shame. After this message, you’re right, we’ll revisit this chic fil a, but I’m an optimist who believes this franchises ultimate leader would want marked improvement. We look forward to experiencing that improvement in future visits. Hunter party of six (6).

Thankfully I’ve never had a bad experience at any Chick Fill A. The lines was long but moved quickly as normal. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was hot and fresh. I wanted a hot green tea but it isn’t an option on their menu. The staff is always super friendly and professional.

Last 4 times I’ve come they have royally messed up my orders – missing large items like fries, sandwiches or just completely different orders entirely. Also, it’s literally the longest drive through line I’ve experienced repeatedly – ever. The staff are subpar to the training and expectations of CFA staff members. Last time I was here the staff member greeted me with “please tell me you don’t have a big order” – context it was raining, however, it seems to be a theme.

Worse experience at a Chick-fil-a in my life!!! Lots of inexperienced help running around as if no one was supervising. 3:00 in the afternoon and it took 30 minutes to get our order, which was not what we ordered. Two drive-in lanes when we ordered and one was closed prior to our getting our our which meant we had to merge into a single lane. Bettye took our order and she did not/could not get it right. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least. Poor excuse of a Chick-fil-A!!!
