Hands down the worse Chick-fil-A … been working at this mall for years and the Chick-fil-A is definitely at its worst I’ve seen it. They don’t even sell breakfast anymore and still can’t get your order right or on time. A glove was found in somebody food and I waited over an hour on a mobile order I never got smh don’t waste your time here GO TO THE ONE OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT. Dana is the manager and she’s rude to everyone for no reason.

my family and I were here helping my daughter move into her new apartment and I was sent out to get lunch and I must say when I visited this Chick-fil-A on Saturday December 10th. I frequent Chick-fil-A’s a lot and this was by far my worst customer service experience. When I pulled up to the window to get my food there was a group of employees congregating on the inside of the window while two other employees that were on the outside were conversating with them they were laughing talking cursing speaking very inappropriately I have never ever seen this type of behavior at a Chick-fil-A before I’ve got nothing but excellent customer service every single time other than this one and as I stated befor e I frequent Chick-fil-A’s a lot I would advise someone to ask these employees to take their job a little more seriously and to remain professional at all times because that behavior was unacceptable

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was visiting Charlotte from Cary and was shopping in the mall. My sister likes Chick-fil-A as do I. I was telling her about the excellent service we get in Cary and decided to get food at this location. The cashier was not pleasant. We were both wearing our masks and I have a Jamaican accent ( which is not that thick) so I understood when she had an issue understanding what I was saying. What I didn’t appreciate was her and the lady whom she called to assists behavior. Not sure if she was the supervisor but she whispered something to the cashier and they both laughed and rolled their eyes. If it wasn’t for my sister I would have canceled the order. Now I’m back in Cary getting the great service I’m use to.
