I ran by as soon it opened 10.30 am. Plenty of staff, only 3 clients. I ordered 1 grilled chicken sandwich. It took me forever to get it. But the most sad part is – the sandwich was absolutely cold. I had to microwave it and my office is 1 minute away from the place.

I ordered three spicy chicken sandwich meals on 5/27/22 just for one of them to have mold speckled on the bottom of the sandwich. I didn’t realize what had happened until a family member brought it to my attention and by then, this location was closed for the next few days. We began experiencing stomach cramps. I’d recommend going to a CFA where the ingredients are of edible quality instead of this one.

The staff is so angry and reluctant to do the job that they get paid to do. For instance, they drag their feet and point at you like you’re the worst customer ever when you ask what happened to your drink that’s 10 minutes behind your incredibly simple spicy chicken sandwich meal, oh and, what happened to “my pleasure”? The Chick fil A staple? Worst Chick fil A I’ve been to and I’m from Charlotte. Also, the sandwiches are visibly smaller in size compared to other Chick fil A’s outside of campus. That’s how they compensate by charging a “cheap” price for it.

I work at a Chick-fil-A in Raleigh so I know how things work in the kitchen and the front of house. I think there’s is no excuse for why this Chick-fil-A can have a limited menu, not use the app, and still be so slow. If I want to get lunch fast I’m going to go to Wendy’s or Panda Express. In my experience Chick-fil-A is the slowest food on UNCC campus

I finally made it to the Chick-fil-A on campus. I walked in and saw the long line but I was hungry and in the mood for good food. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got close enough to the registers to realize people ordered at kiosks way in the back, completely unable to be seen from where I was standing. No signs of “Order here” or “register closed”. Needless to say I didn’t have time to wait an additional 20-30 minutes so I walked away, hungry and disappointed.

For a campus Chick-fil-a, this place seems to be doing pretty well. The staff were cordial enough though not as friendly as your normal Chick-fil-a employee. It’s an express but surprisingly they offer the Market salad. The cafeteria around it was pretty nasty though (which is to be expected, I guess.) Overall, not a bad experience, but not really impressive either.

I like chick-fil-a, I gave it 3 stars because I got a piece of metal with my hash browns for breakfast this morning. It made the meal exciting and I was on the edge of my seat the rest of the time. Definitely, would go back again though!
