This is the most unorganized Chick-fil-a, each time I come. Cars are in both lanes; however, the two employees are only walking to the cars in one lane. I finally rolled down my window to ask what’s going on and was told only one lane is open and they only have two team members working inside. Wouldn’t common sense tell them to take orders through the microphone and place those two employees inside to help cook and take orders. Putting those teens outside in the heat and cold air to walk up to cars for orders does not speed up the process. I’d rather drive to Whitehall. I ended up leaving the line.

Even though they only had spicy chicken tenders , I totally enjoyed this Chick-fil-A! We Love Chick-fil-A!! This is another great one! We got there at the busiest time, lunch hour on Friday. But we ordered (with an employee in line- like a drive through window experience) and got our correct order in a very short time (as usual). It was so good as usual!

I usually order Doordash once or twice a week. Sometimes lunch, sometimes breakfast. It’s usually pretty good. But the lemonade is consistently terrible. It taste like bitter lemon water. The sugar to lemon juice levels are just all wrong. There’s a ton of pulp. I remember it being that way when I worked in the bank of America building a few years ago as well. Somethings never I change.

Mobile ordering is always off on particular days. Not sure why I’m able to mobile order on a Tuesday, but cant on Wednesday. What’s up with that? It’s fustrating because I dont have a lot if time for lunch and Chick-fil-A is one of the cheaper options in the area. Y’all know full well you’re busy for lunch and yet you turn off mobile ordering right before lunchtime I know it’s lunch specific because I can mobile order breakfast any day of the week with no issue. GET IT TOGETHER!
