I never leave bad reviews. I was transferred here for work 6 weeks ago and I love Chic-Fil-a. This location needs to be updated that it is inside a university! Same thing happens in Louisville, KY. Just put it on your Google info. No telling how many tourists pull up with a sad face because we love your chicken. Please fix this on your college campus locations and I will remove this review if you reply when it’s resolved. Promise! It tricks me when I’m on this side of town because I just try to route to you.

Absolutely the worst chickfila ever. Poor attitudes for all employees. The yell at each other, carry on with personal conversations and curse behind the counter with customers standing in front of them. They constantly are out of sauces and get my order wrong I’ve been 4 times and they’ve gotten my order wrong 3 out of those 4 times. I go out of my way to the chickfila on oleander near independence mall. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
