This has to be one of the worst- managed fast food places in the Western NC area, second only to the franchise in Canton when it first opened. It seems they can’t get people to work, or that has been the story each of the three times I have tried this establishment. The chicken has not tasted freshly cooked and has been overcooked or warmed over for too long. I’m being critical purposefully, in hopes they will up their game. The Popeye’s on Airport Rd. in Arden seems to be the best in the area.

We were given the incorrect order, which was inconvenient as we were on the road before noticing it. But mistakes happen, so we went 6 miles back to the store to get the missing food. The employees (a manager and a customer service rep) handled the error professionally by both apologizing, and allowing us to keep the food that was given to us by mistake.

Honestly cannot believe I’m writing this about chick fil a, but me, my husband, and baby stopped here while traveling and the cashier Maddison was so rude. She didn’t speak a word to us while ordering besides “dine in or take out”. She had an attitude the entire time. Everyone else was great though!

It takes a lot for me to write a review in the first place, so if I’m writing a review, it must’ve been bad and it was. First of all, the Chick-fil-A way, where kids are standing out there over you while you’re trying to order and may not know what you want because you’re not following the cult yet is very intimidating. At this particular location, they didn’t get the order right. The chicken sandwich was dry when we clearly asked for honey mustard and didn’t get it. The bun was falling apart and couldn’t even be utilized like a sandwich bun. The crust on the chicken strips was dark indicating that they hadn’t changed the oil in a while. There needs to be a top to bottom review of this particular franchise.

Really Bad customer service. I never leave negative reviews but this was particularly insulting. We buy every week on our way to work. We got burnt chicken nuggets and our bowl was missing ingredients. We called as soon as we were able after our shift but they couldn’t be bothered to give a partial refund. They basically blamed us for their bad food. Very disappointing.

We were traveling through and my boyfriend had a gift card, so we stopped by. We ate inside, but the drive-through looked very streamlined and manageable. I got the 3-count chicken strips meal with mac and cheese as my side and the cloudberry sunjoy as my beverage (both the side and the drink had upcharges, so it was $9.85 for my meal instead of the $7.99 with fries and a regular drink). Suezee was our cashier and she was very nice! The food was brought to our table within 5 minutes. The quality was up-to-par with all of Chick-fil-A’s food, so it was expected, but the food was very good. We definitely had a nice experience dining, as it was very clean and comfortable!

We have the poorest ran Chick-Fil-A anywhere! Our Waynesville location only offers small ice cream cups, not the large ones like all other locations do. Their ice cream cones are a joke- so small. The drive thru is always much slower than their other locations as well. The staff are always rude here, they never seem happy. Drove through this evening and the left side of the drive through let 5 people go ahead of me. Guess I was stuck in the slow lane.
