Chick-fil-A in do surprised at you!! I received a Southwest salad that had only the rind of the lettuce. I love a crunchy salad, that’s the reason I do the spicy southwest but this salad was almost inedible. I was so hungry I ate most of it so I didn’t go back and ask for a refund but I have never in all my years of eating at Chick-fil-A been so disgusted with my meal. The workers as always worked with integrity. But the preparation of this meal was done either in haste or had a lack of integrity that you just don’t find at a Chick-fil-A establishment. All I can do at this moment is shake my head at you.

Drive thru is ALWAYS slow. I have never spent 25-30mins in a drive thru before, or even a chick-fil-a drive thru at that, but the past few times I’ve been to this location it has been just about that long. Food is good, but at this point it’s not fast food.

Place was super busy this morning, but luckily, I place my orders through the app ahead of time! Easy in and out and all our food was correct and fresh! I only wish the parking lot wasn’t so chaotic. During the peak hours the traffic backs up into the public road so be careful if you go when it’s busy!

Overall is good, but looks facility is wear off and require some renovations. Female bathroom is cleaner then men’s, but with clogged sink. My order was missing with brownie, but soon issue was solved. No playground for kids. This location offers wrap meals, while 10 mi closer to NC locations not have it in menu.

Came here at 10:15 waited in line till 10:40 had about 5-6 people in front of me. All the employees were only focused on the drive thru. No offer to open another register to assist with the line. Just blank stares from the employees. No greeting . Waited so long in line could not get breakfast when I got to the front. Terrible terrible service. I think we all know chicfila has overrated food that is only good covered in sauce. I only even eat here because they are fast and normally have good service. Not this chicfila. If you want the McDonald’s experience and a chic fil a go here.

Got there to order at 10:29 in the drive thru and they said they already quit doing breakfast and hadn’t switched the sign yet then I sat until 10:42 the line ever moved. You come to chick fil a because they don’t act like the idiots at other fast food places but today they acted like they don’t care. It was a joke

This Chick Fil A has poor quality control. I’m giving 1 star across the board since they’ve given us incorrect food with a receipt that shows what we actually ordered. When I called the restaurant, they said I would receive coupons through the app, but they still haven’t arrived. I guess it’s their pleasure to make a customer unhappy. This location is NOT recommended!

Just had to turn around, because they messed up my curbside order. I would think that when preparing an order for curbside they would double check, so customers won’t have to come in complaining. I guess I’m wrong in that assumption, because I ordered two market salads and didn’t even receive the toppings for either. Only received the dressing for one. Had to go back and get a refund; I’ll go to a different Chick-fil-A.
