Sat and waited while many orders filled through the drive through. We were basically the only ones in the dining room at time of order except someone already eating. Lots came in after us. We finally asked about our food and drinks even though I saw the drinks being made while we were ordering. Food came, fries not hot and not full, sandwiches were barely warm so they could not have been waiting on them being cooked. And when we finally asked about our food, it was at our table about 1 minute later. I suspect it had been sitting and waiting for whatever. I called, left a message for Britt Sims, the owner whose name is on the ticket. Instead, a manager called a few hours later and I felt like she was reading a script in her response. It felt very empty. I generally don’t have this kind of experience with Chic Fila and even tried to rationalize the amount of waiting time due to the shift to lunch from breakfast but to have spent money on a brand new remodel and come back with this kind of customer service is pretty sad.

The food has gone downhill at all the locations we’ve visited recently. I haven’t had a fresh meal or a positive reaction to the food in months. I remember when ChickfilA was the best fast food. Now it’s just mediocre. The new renovations were nice, but the place was a mess, and the floors were sticky. The nuggets were cold and chewie. The fries were just barely warm enough to be passable. I would’ve said something to management, but I shouldn’t have to. Wish they could get back to being great again. Ho Hum at best.

Really disappointed in this location. We spent 30 minutes in line (very slow) and then part of our order wasn’t in the bag once we got home. Chickfila used to be known for being above and beyond in speed and quality, but are sadly just like every other fast food chain now.

Not the best fries… hit or miss on salt factor. Shakes are good. Drive thru is newly renovated so its faster, but sometimes the employees get too friendly with other cars and it just adds to the wait time. Overall, chickfila continues to provide consistent quality

No one could figure out the virtual wallet gift card my daughter received from her school. Manager on duty pretty much didn’t have any time to help and the workers that night were quite short with me and unhelpful, which is unbelievable for this company,let alone their attitudes towards me and my friends who was driving was just terrible!

I cannot believe what happened when I went to this Chick-fil-A. I’ve got a Mac and cheese, and when I got to the window after already using my reward for it, they said we are out of mac & cheese, sir. And that they will put the reward back on my app and it never did. I even went back and talk to the manager about this issue and they never gave me my mac & cheese shame on them.

The restaurant is nice since being remodeled, but there didn’t seem to be enough staff out front to keep it clean even the trash was overflowing. My grilled chicken tenders looked like they cleaned the grill with them. My advice is don’t go at the busiest time if you want a good experience.
