I just brought a sandwich from this location around 12:45pm yesterday chick fil an always pack there box sandwiches at the bottom of the bag. I had a large fry on top and had a bagged sandwich on top of it. I ate the bagged (entree) sandwich and large fry first. Saved the boxed sandwich (deluxe) for later. As I’m getting ready to eat it . I open the box and a fly flew out immediately. I looked on the side of the sandwich and saw fly eggs on the side of the sandwich. This my first time opening that sandwich, that day. I am eight months pregnant who know what could’ve happened if I ate this sandwich. Please be mindful while eating here. And I have proof of all of this

I have never been so disappointed in Chic Filet as I was today. The tenders were over cooked; basically hard. I ordered large fries and the container was not filled to capacity and there were lots of crumbs and not many true waffle fries in the order I also requested Sprite with no ice and of course there was ice and plenty of it. and to make matters worse the sprite apparently ran out of syrup because it was basically carbonated water.

The new Chick-Fil-A off Two Notch Rd and I-20 South is a McDonald’s wearing a Chick-Fil-A building. I have had my order messed up at least four times out of six to the point I refuse to drive off until I check my order, and I NEVER had to check my order at the Decker Blvd location. NEVER, EVER. I thought it was just me until I read the 1, 2 & 3-star comments here today.

This chic fil a consistently fails to live up to the service reputation of chic fil a. Today, they further substantiated this experience. While my 7 year old son & I were standing in the dining room waiting for our food, a young white male staff member who was about 5 ft 11 and approximately 16-17 with dark brown hair, stuck his arms out to physically push himself between my son and I rather than say “excuse me” so we would know to clear a path for him. Upon exhibiting this impolite behavior, he looked back at us to smile and ‘tip’ his hat. I informed the manager on duty, a young white woman about 5 ft 3 with brown hair and all she said was, “ yes ma’am, I’ll talk to him.” No apology and no acknowledgment of how rude the behavior was.

Food and Service is good! I just wish that when ordering delivery via third party service that the restaurant employees would secure beverages better by utilizing the safety seals for all drinks on all occasions! It looks weird to seal food bags but not utilize seals for drinks! Best wishes!

After a distasteful experience at the Killian location….I decided to start utilizing this chick-fil-a for my daughter’s daily lunch! Although, they don’t have fries for breakfast …this location is amazing the ease of picking up our mobile order through the express lane is fabulous!!! Also, we are greeted every morning by the sweetest young man. I’m not sire of his name, but he is in this video!!!
