Waited at chick fil a this morning for close to an hour. Used the mobile app as I always do to order my family’s breakfast. Arrived 10 to 15 minutes after submitting our order. I am in no way gripping because of the wait. For good food I will wait. However when I was given my food the bag was ripped down the side as I was trying to get my food from the car to the house along with my purse, one child their drink and mine I about dropped the bag several times. Once I got into my home the food was cold. We don’t live but 5 minutes from there and the food should not have been ice cold by the time we got home. This is not the first time I’ve gotten cold food in the last month. I used to go to chick fil a every morning. Going forward I will be patronizing elsewhere until they get it together. Like I said I don’t mind the wait but I expect hot food if I’m waiting not food I have to warm up when I get home.

Disappointed with this CFA location. Consistently takes forever to get my order. I don’t understand why. I order on the mobile app (just a sandwich and fries, nothing special) about 15 minutes before I arrive at the restaurant. On the app, I mark that I have “arrived” and sit in my car for 5 minutes before walking inside to the pick up area. Once at the pick up area, I CONSISTENTLY have to wait and watch people that have just ordered at the counter receive their food before mine is ready. What is the deal? It doesn’t seem to matter if there is a long line or only one other person. I typically eat here once per week and this is always the case. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be dining here any more- it’s too frustrating.

I went to eat in the food court with my mom and sister on (09/16). When I was waiting for my food a gentlemen that looked to be homeless I’m not 100 percent sure tho asked the woman at the cash register if he could speak to the manager. She came out of the back and didn’t talk to him for more than 5 mins. Couple minutes later she came out and gave the gentleman his food and he sat down in the food court to eat it. The manager had rung up the food then she bought the food with her own money. It was a quiet gesture and that makes it more special in my opinion. She waited until the man was gone to buy it and I just thought it was the sweetest thing ever. This world needs more people like her. I hope this post doesn’t get her in trouble because I neatly made me cry. She deserves a raise. Best Chic fil a ❤️

We did a mobile order while passing through town. We waited a long time after arriving at the restaurant. When we finally got our food, it took another 5 minutes for them to make our drinks. The girl serving us was not friendly. Very disappointing and not what we expect from Chick-fil-A!

This Chick-fil-A was so awesome today. I was with a friend and my 18 month old daughter for lunch. My friend threw my bag of food away thinking we were done eating, but I was just chasing my daughter around the food court. I still had food in my bag that was thrown away, but my friend didn’t know. Chick-fil-A was kind when I explained what happened, and they replaced my daughter’s food for free even though it wasn’t their fault. Food was hot fresh both times. Thanks for being awesome today and every day!
