The food is fast and always hot and great the services is even faster. The atmosphere is pretty small so at times it can get busy especially during lunch time. There no seating in the building so you would have to patient wait standing up. Chick-fil-A is great location to go to downtown. Oh another things the menu isn’t as big as the other location due to the college of Charleston. I wish they would expand their menu downtown but it’s also understandable.

This is a weird place. They don’t participate in the rewards program, so I couldn’t use the app, and they have Pepsi products, which is pretty weird. It’s like bizarro Chick-fil-A. The service wasn’t that great either and you can’t sit anywhere in there. Very strange.

This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Chick-fil-a EVER. The cashier obviously did not want to be there. Never got a greeting or a “can I assist you or take your order”. My fries looked like it was cooked in dirty grease/oil and my sandwichwascold and cheese not even melted. I will never go to this location again. At this moment I’m turned off by chick-fil-a all together. Usually when I go, there’s a line around the building but this location had zero customers and only 1 person came in during my visit and I can see why.

Egypt Israel is the most disrespectful employee of anywhere that I have ever encountered. She almost always messes up my order or an order a friend has with me and never does anything to make it right. She has completely ignored me before when I asked her for sauce that I ordered when she handed me my meal. It was horrible customer service and I didn’t even ask for much. She makes me not want to go to Chik Fil A ever again and makes me question the people they are hiring. I really have never had a worse experience anywhere else except here due to Egypt Israel.

It’s Chick-fil-A, so it pains me to say this, but this location is not up to standard. From the employees to the cleanliness it is severely lacking. Probably largely because the local hungover college students don’t care. But if you want clean floors, pleasant employees, please make the drive to another location and don’t experience this black spot on the Chick-fil-A brand.
