A bad reputation is hard to come back from but Chick-fil-A Cane Bay is doing it right. We have given negative reviews for this Chick-fil-A, but we are so happy to post a positive one!! For context, we came at 10:30 on a Wednesday, which isn’t the busiest time of day. They were fast and friendly and the food was delicious. 4 out of 5 stars – 1 being deducted for the cleanliness of the tables. We will definitely be back.

Nothing but efficiency. Great group of employees making sure you get your order fast. Oh and the food is very well prepared and perfect. When you get to your oder pick up, your car is under a hard canopy and the staff makes sure you have everything. Great job guys, fantastic!!

The worst location in the tri county area! By far the slowest, most aloof, and lack of basic knowledge on how to productively run a fast food chain at any hour, much less peak. At this point, they should just be embarrassed. Hire adequate employees that are able to perform, and be able to maintain your company image and the FAST FOOD industry. Decided to drop a good review because everyone on here likes to complain. Service was great, food came quickly and tasted fine. The restaurant is brand new (located in Cane Bay Marketplace) so it’s very clean and modern. Nobody should be complaining, this area is overly congested by design, so of course a popular restaurant is going to get busy. The employees handle it fine, will come back again.
