I ordered a Cobb salad, which came with bacon and chicken, which I didn’t want, and they made it with chicken, and I told them I didn’t want any meat, then they made it over, but forgot the cheese, I love cheese! So I asked for a refund and Sweet Madison, made sure my salad was prepared the right way, and it WAS. I was very HAPPY with my SALAD. Thank you Chick-fil-A. and Madison!!! I’ll be back, but only when “Maddy” is working!☺

We went to the Chick-fil-A inside the mall. It was very busy, but the line moved fast. Every time I would look up the line would be long and then I’d wait. I’d look up again moments later and the line had dwindled. There were 3 registers running and a couple of good runners. The young man calling out names of ready orders was not very loud and he was weary mask. It was difficult to hear him, but my order was correct down to the sauce packets I had requested. The food was nice and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich actually had some spice to it today. It was so yummy.

Horrible customer service, waited 45 in the drive thru, no one took my order the other line took 4 orders. Continued to wait until I drove up to the window to order, which they made a face. Finally took my order (at the window) asked me to pull up and they got us the food finally, then realizing they hadn’t given me my card or receipt. Had to go in and ask for my card. Nothing but a bunch of kids working…where are the adults?? No wonder service is slack and slow. Not going back to this one again.
