I love Chick-fil-A, but I was disappointed by them today. I went inside to order, and it took 15-20 minutes to receive my order. I literally saw 30 cars in drive thru get their food before me. My waffle fries were only halfway filled and tasted aweful. Fill my fries .

I truly do not understand how hard it is to read someone’s order and fulfill it correctly. I ordered a four piece chicken strip meal with an OJ . I Clearly asked for honey mustard and ketchup . When checking my bags as I was leaving I got NO sauce . The guy at the window was already confused as handing me my order like do you not see what I ordered ? I clearly ordered an OJ . Why do you not check the bags for every customer and verify it’s correct ? Where is your attentive skills and communication skills at ? I’ve always came to this location and never had a problem until now since the employees stopped taking orders outside and the employees actually stopped communicating and listening to the customers without a problem . If you are reading this please do yourself a favor and go to another more professional Chicfila that’s trains their team well anywhere but here . It’s truly sad how bad things have gotten at this location . Please do better

I don’t know why I always go against my first mind to go here because they never have things. Yesterday sat in the long line for a kale salad…got salad. Looked in bag…no roasted almonds. Reason I wanted salad. Told kid assisting…we don’t have any was the response. Then why sell it to me? Did you expect me to drive all the way home and realize I am missing items? Ask for refund. Seem annoyed. I say thank you. No response…just the typical teenage disrespectful stare…no my pleasure which is the Chick-fil-A way or how about a simple you’re welcome… that’s part of the manners that should have been taught at home. Never again. I tried.

I have tried to give this location several chances; however, they consistently get my online order incorrect. My last four experiences with ordering online from this location have been less than impressive. I have had portions of my order missing or have received the wrong items. Today I received a salad without the additional “fixings” or salad dressing, in addition to receiving regular sweet tea when I was orders white peach tea. I have contacted the store and all they offer is a half-hearted apology.

I’ve never experienced customer service at a chick fil a as I have at this one. This location used to have superb service just as all other chick fil a locations are known for. However, since the summer began, they hired a bunch of teenagers who are rude, unorganized and have major attitudes. This is a huge let down. I used to say, ” I get great customer service no matter which chick fil a I go to!” This location voids that statement. I hope the owner sees this and makes some much needed adjustments.

I usually love this location but hate it today. I do not care if I ordered through Doordarshan, you all prepared my food and when I received my meal that cost over 70 dollars my food should have been preparared the same way as if I came to pick it up myself CAROLYN THE STORE MGR. Change your syrup for your soda because ALL 4 OF MY SODAS were carbonated. My 4 large fries were packed like kids meals half filled. I do not care if you all were celebrating a graduation. You should have cared about the quality of my food. Horrible service.

I’ve never sat in line at a Chick-fil-A and it wasn’t busy, as soon as I pulled in there was only one car in front of me at the menu board! Also I don’t know if it’s just Georgia or that particular Chick-fil-A but when I’m in other states in the morning you can order a Chick-fil-A sandwich but you have to wait like 8 minutes for them to make it and I was trying to tell the lady who was taking the order about it and she say that’s impossible to get until lunch time!!
