Ive been to this location a couple of times, but the service today was not good. The young lady with the tablet in the parking lot got into a shouting and cussing match with a customer who parked in the wrong parking stall. It almost came to blows. This has to be the worst Location I have ever encountered. I have been here 4 times on different days at different hours and I have NEVER gotten fresh fries here. They are always stale, cold, and old. Milkshakes are disgusting. And the entrees are packaged with zero care. I just ordered two inedible veggie wrap combos, tired of wasting money at this location. THIS LOCATION IS RUINING THE BRAND! The customer service was terrible, the woman who took order had an attitude and was rude immediately. Then the lady who called my name, literally 1 minute after I ordered it had an attitude as well. The Arnold Palmer was straight lemonade basically and the food (chicken strips) was soggy like it had been sitting, and my friends food which was a spicy chicken sandwich bread was soggy, chicken wet. We both had no crunch and the fries NO SALT AT ALL! I know chic fil a as a brand is better than this, but they need to retain their staff IMMEDIATELY. This was the worst experience I had from them because of the staff and terrible food. We could not even Eat it! I just left at 1:40pm & no my pleasure!!
