My son has Sensory Processing Disorder and we have been coming there since he could chew real food…. He absolutely loves the breaded nuggets but recently they changed the breading and now he won’t eat them. You can tell a visible difference, they are nearly naked now. We have over 10,000 points and it’s because he eats there so much. If they cannot fix this issue sadly we will not return. I’m hoping this gets the right person’s attention and they realize that people do notice when you change something. I’m hoping this was a mistake in ordering or trying a new vendor but I’m telling you to please go back to the original way of doing it or we will not be customers any longer.

I don’t remember the guy’s name next to the trainer on his badge but friendly and helpful. I don’t often order fast food but I had points to burn that were due tomorrow. Gave me all the information needed and the food came out promptly. Food was good for a fast food chain… grill chicken was warm and my ice cream was good 🙂

This has been my Chick-fil-a for years and the service is consistently awesome. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It’s always busy but the line – inside or drive-thru – moves quickly. They have community events and partner with local schools. And of course, it’s delicious.

I’m officially over stopping at this Chick-fil-A. Just about every time I’ve ordered here my food was not to my liking. I really despise those pre made wrapped earlier in the morning biscuits. Which is why I specifically ask for fresh soft buttered biscuits when I order. The hash browns are usually hard or skimpy in quantity. I had stopped ordering here but this morning I decided to stop in on my way to work. Wish I would’ve kept going. I really dislike not getting what I paid/asked for. The drive thru usually moves kind of fast.

Do Not Go To This Location! If i could give this location -0 stars i would! I’ve had 2 consecutive visits with this location & they were all terrible. My first visit they double charged me for someone else order without telling me. & claimed my card was declined but it wasn’t. Whoever is working in the front needs to pay more attention & communicate better with the people outside taking orders. It took me 3 days to get this charge dropped from my bank & resolved because i paid for something i didn’t even order. With all the inconvenience i went through i was never offered a courtesy for all of that. I spoke to the manager Issac & he acted like he was irritable with me! It wasn’t my fault that happened in the first place! My second time going I had a free large fry with my rewards & i also had a coupon for a free original chicken sandwich & i also ordered a lemonade. When i got to the window they said i owe $7.60. I said the only thing i’m paying for is my drink how is it $7.60? They then told me i owe $10. How?? I asked to speak to the manager her name is Nicole. Off the bat she was very unpleasant & rude. I was already upset they were trying to charge way more then what i was supposed to pay for, mind you this is their second time messing up my charge for my order. I told Nicole the situation & she was very rude to me & did not even apologize for the inconvenience after i told her this is my second time having to deal with a situation at this location like this. I told her my app was already scanned outside for my free large fry & she kept telling me it was never scanned. So basically i’m just lying about the free large fry? Very unprofessional customer service. I will never come back to this location again. Nobody pays attention to the orders, they act very clueless & get very argumentative for no reason at all!

I used to really like this location. This was my go to but in the past few months this location has been missing so many items off my orders or getting them completely wrong. I have to constantly make sure everything is right before I drive off or else I will find whole meals missing. Or the drink sizes are incorrect. I am not sure what the problem is because it’s becoming a constant here and then telling the workers is a hassle. I have started to go to another location for this reason. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS.

Multiple times I’ve ordered here for delivery and they forget things and it’s super complicated to complain in the app. I was literally completing a delivery order online and it says delivery open till 9pm and at 8:38pm it won’t let me order. I’m a chick fil a signature member through the app bc my wife and I love it so much but have been continuously let down by this location which is sadly the closest. All employees have been great to deal with and have awesome attitudes just the food and app issues. This has made me avoid the location now even if I have to drive further.
