Went to Chick-fil-A for dinner ordered an 8 count meal with honey mustard and a sprite. I received a bag with 3 chicken strips , ranch and no fries and a diff drink. . I literally don’t get how I paid for something and received something else. May I just have my money back at this point?

My wife and I visited the Roswell Road at Cobb Parkway location around 10:30am. We not greeted or acknowledged. There we two customers standing around waiting for their orders. At least six employees were standing around (appearing to be socializing). I stood in front of a register. A female employee was walking by each register and mumbling something. I don’t beg to be waiting on. For the price of your chicken, I should be greeted. We left empty handed and hungry.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this is probably the Slowest Chick-fil-A in Atlanta. I drove from Gwinnett County to Cobb County and stopped at his location. I’ve been in line since 12:38 pm on Saturday, March 25th. It’s currently 1pm and I’ve only made it to the back of the restaurant. I still have to drive to the right side to grab my food.

Everything about this location is bad. The old one was sooooooo much better. Getting to it is difficult, the service is extremely lackluster, you will either get over done fries, chicken, or both, the wait is always a long wait, and it is awkward leaving the location just as it is entering it. It always makes me so mad! Even when I get replacements for my bad order, it is just as bad. Almost like something is incorrect with their temperatures. The drinks are fine

Probably not the best or most efficient Chick-fil-A we’ve ever visited. We were traveling and stopped in for a very small mobile order. They got our order wrong, which is not what I’m accustomed to at Chick-fil-A. There was no one attending to the mobile orders while everyone watched as the food got cold. Cashier’s were available, but they remained at their station as though, “That’s not my job.” Maybe thats what they are taught to do….I don’t know. One positive was that the food was good. I’ll probably pass this location if we are ever back in the area. Sorry…

This particular Chick-fil-A subpar compared to all the others I have been to. the drive-thru was empty and it had two lanes. One car and the other lane. Car in front of us, and the car in front of us took forever to order. As a matter of fact, about 10 cars went by and the other lane, and we continued to sit there to place our order. By the time we got to the window we had to wait on the car that was in front of us while our food got cold and the staff did nothing about it. They could have easily asked that car to pull out of the lane to keep us from sitting there for 15 minutes and all the other cars behind us. To be clear, the car in front of us was the first car in the lane holding up about 10 of the cars from getting their food and leaving.

Per my ticket, my order was placed at 910am. I didn’t get my food until 916am. All I got was a “sorry about the wait”. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and a coke. Then was still sitting on the line 2 minutes later because of the cars in front of me. Had to walk up to the window to tell them to ask the guy 2 cars in front of me to move. Guy 1 car in front of me was getting out of his car at the same time to go talk to them as well. Then find out all he needed was a straw. Unreal. It wasn’t busy when I got there but they were slammed when I left because of how unorganized they were. It’s after 9 on a Saturday…you think they’d be more prepared.

Absolutely, the WORSE experience at a Chik Fil A! I go in to get my mobile order that says it’s at the pick up table and didn’t see it there (no big deal). After waiting about 10 min I see two bags behind the counter with my name on them so I asked “is this my order”? She rudely says, “I called your name 3 times!” I apologized for possibly not hearing her and proceeded to ask “where the drinks are and why is it behind the counter not on the pickup table and not fully ready if you called my name 3 times”.. She ignored me and continued to make nasty comments to her co worker instead of just making the drinks so I could go. I had to get a “manager” to get the milkshake made, so that I could be on my way with no apologies just attitude like the lady who “called my name 3 times” acted. Now the food is cold and nasty. Such a waste of money and time! I would post the manager and employee name if they wore their name tag today.

I love it this Chickfila location, I went there many times when I don’t know what can eat for lunch during the work, sometimes the customer service has a lot of delay with the orders but the rest of the experience was good. I suppose for the big demand of the people in this specific location.
