Horrible experience! I ordered a simple meal before work. I should have took heed of the subtle signs because 2 cars in front of me returned their food in the drive thru and as to pull up and park and wait for their food to be prepared. When o received my food, the fries were hot but not fresh. They were brown rather then golden as if they had been fried in old grease. I had every intention on saving the sandwich until I got to work. Hours later once I got a break at work I open the box to for no top bread !!! How do you prepare a sand which with only the bottom half of the bread??? Now their closed and I have no lunch, but they WILL

I do not understand what is wrong with Chick-Fil-A these days. Ice cream cones should go from machine to car. Stop walking around with the cone and stop talking over the cone. And why do you think I want the cone after you had it in the same hand as a milkshake that you handed to another customer. Their hands was way to close to my cone for my liking. Fix it. It happened here and it happens at the Vinings location and the location in Fayetteville on Banks. Stop walking ice cream out to me. I swear y’all use to be more efficient when you kept the cars in line in the order their food was placed. Now you gotta walk food down four cars because that car ordered ahead of the person at the window. Fix it.

Sheesh this was a rough chick fil a experience. My wife and I ordered ice cream on the app one afternoon recently. We decided to do curbside, as the restaurant was not busy… We wait for over 10 minutes before I decided to go inside and ask about our order. When I got inside, I saw our order sitting on the back counter (not in the to go pick up area, like I originally expected) and who knows how long it was there. So I waited a couple minutes in the pick up area, nobody acknowledged me… I decided to get in line behind the only person ordering… Once I get the cashier she just hands me my order… By this point it’s like 15+ minutes old. Ice cream and milkshake are long melted. I ask if she can remake the order, she reluctantly agrees. She hands me the order and a spoon, but no straw… No napkins (not a big deal, I’ll get some in the dining room. There are 3 stations for condiments, straws, napkins, etc… All empty. I’m not sure what’s up with chick fil a. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or improperly managed or both… But as someone who currently works at another chick fil a store, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope to see it get better.

This facility is not up to chick-fil-a standards. The staff has the lowest morale even lower than most other fast food locations. I think it is because the owner Mark Reed is a racist(allegedly) and does not pay fair wages or give any consideration to the staff(allegedly). Chick-fil-a should do an investigation because his poor management is tarnishing their name and reputation (allegedly)

This Chick-fil-A is horrible. Went in there at around 12:30 today for lunch. The blonde white cashier with glasses is unbelievably rude. She rushed me through the ordering process and when she read me back my order it was incorrect. Go figure. She then filled up my drink so full that it was spilling down the sides and through the top. When I asked her to wipe it, I got nothing but attitude. I asked for a copy of my receipt to I could enter it in the app to get the points once I got back to work. The receipt she gave me is for a different order. I won’t go back to this location. I expect more out of Chick-fil-A especially one owned by Mark Reed.

given this location a couple of chances now and i don’t think i’ll give them anymore. the staff is very rushy and unfriendly, they don’t even let you finish what you’re saying. the few times i’ve been, my order has been wrong. printed correctly on the ticket, but has the wrong food in the bag (ex: ordered chicken nuggets and received a spicy delux sandwich??) really annoying

I arrived at 10:29am to pick up breakfast. I specifically asked for 3 plain biscuits to go corn ny 8 yer old daughter. . It took about 15 min to get my food. After finally getting my food, I went home just to realize that they gave me two chicken biscuits and one sausage biscuit. I drove back to ask for 3 biscuits as I had ordered. I was told that that they had stopped serving breakfast and that I would have to place a different order. I told them I I had received the wrong order and that I need to get the correct one. The supervisor kept telling me that they couldn’t do that because they had stopped serving breakfast. So they screwed up and I was left very disappointed. Thank you but bad service.

Chick-fil-A is known for its efficiency. This particular store somehow missed that boat. While they do operate a triple drive-thru, I wait longer at this location because of food coming out in the incorrect order or incorrect timing of orders than I do anywhere else. It’s the only Chick-fil-A experience that leaves me asking “Why do I come here?”
