Not really sure what the deal is as of recent, but every time I visit this location there’s an issue with my order. While service is always fast and the employees friendly, their order accuracy and food quality has gotten terrible. Every time I’ve visited this location over the last 2 months, something has been missing from my order, the order has been made wrong, or the fries are half full. Most times we order multiple small fries because they’re full – the medium and large are only half filled. Last time I visited, they left out the gluten free buns for the grilled sandwiches we ordered, same the time before that, and a couple of visits before that. Most often times I do curbside orders on my lunch, and it wastes my time having to wait in line inside to correct the issue. In times where I haven’t caught the mistake, I’ve been left with just the plain filet to eat because they forget the sauces. Multiple times, the Grilled Club has not come prepared correctly – missing bacon or having toppings on it that were requested without. They continually leave sauces and straws out of the bag. I hate being this way, but it’s getting to the point where we’re wasting money getting food here because we’re not getting what we’re paying for. I already pay ~$12 for a meal, why should I come back if it’s continually wrong? Maybe I’m coming in at a shift change or they just hired new staff…I don’t know, but the constant errors is getting old. We’ve stopped frequenting this once great location.

Food is good but getting through their line is so slow. It takes forever and the employees seem irritated. I get it, I do but I’ve been through one lane chick fil a’s and it goes faster. They just don’t seem to have a good system.

Staff here has always been timely and respectful no matter what condition I’ve come in from work in, food has always been fresh and timely. Wait time has rarely been over 2 mins, if you are In the area stop on in. One of the only respectful and professionally ran fast food places in Bremen. And I mean the only one! Go ahead and test that theory if you’d like.

It’s a chick-fil-a what else is there to say. They always have great customer service and interaction, everyone is always friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. It is very fast, and there are lots of options for ordering such as the delivery, pickup, drive thru, and ordering inside.

Went to at 10:22 they would not take lunch order even though I told them I was ok to wait until lunch at 10:30. So I placed express order went inside to tell them I was there but they still insisted that they would not serve lunch until 10:30. Usually in Carrollton location if you agree that you are aware that you have a wait they will begin to fix order. Not impressed that they was not even to take order.

The place is brand new, it had that fresh building smell and everything. The atmosphere is nice, with a good southern touch. I had a great experience here, although as I was leaving, they seemed to be a little short-staffed as some of the younger employees left. And with any place, especially post-covid, a little patience can do wonders for your experience and with the lives of those who want to help you.

Good food, just be prepared to wait a minute or two or a bunch for the food. Need to fix that online ordering. Youth group needed 55 chicken biscuits and it would not let me do that. When I got there they said I needed to call order in. Would have been great to have that on the ordering app. And would have been nice for a lil discount with an order that large?
