The customer service and attention to detail needs work! Location and accessibility is much improved. Spent over $60 for my family’s dinner only to find salad with no toppings, salad dressing, or condiments for the sandwiches. Chick-fil-A has been known for being a top tier fast food chain but unfortunately, not just this location or occurrence, they are starting to perform like the average fast food facility.

I like the new location because it is closer to me. We go at least twice a week because my daughter loves it but I’m going to stop going as much. I usually order online and if you get your food before people in front of you, you still have to sit in line and wait. At the old location, you could at least get out of line at some point once you got your food before others in front of you. Service is just okay. Seems like I’ve had more mistakes with my order at this new location but food is always fresh so I’ll give 4 stars instead of 3.

I have come to the new location 3 times since the opening last week because it’s very convenient on my drive home. The employees need more training in customer service. They don’t greet you in the drive thru line, they stand around talking waiting for someone else to take your order. Disappointing. The new location is nice and the food is good.

My goodness. The only Chick-fil-A I’ve been multiple times that can’t handle a drive thru and once you’re in it you’re stuck. Expect to wait 20 minutes plus to get through this drive thru. Should’ve left the one by Walmart open.
