On a Saturday around 5 p.m., I went to this Chick-fil-A. I spoke with the cashiers Stacey, Amaya, and Leticia, as well as the customer support representative James. The service and environment were fantastic. My meals were amazing, including 4 ct breaded strips (with fries and a sprite), 12 ct breaded nuggets (with fries and a cookies & cream milkshake), and a Market Salad (with avocado lime ranch dressing, fries, and a sunjoy).

I have to admit that I’m rare breed and I don’t like Chick-fil-A. The only thing I eat here is the Market Fresh Salad, Mac-N-Cheese, Chicken mini and Ice Dream. I ordered a Market Salad and it was DELICIOUS!! The combination of sweet and savory is perfect! The strawberries, blueberries, blu cheese crumbles apples are the bomb! They also give you crushed almonds and Granola to add. And they aren’t skimpy on the grilled chicken. The Zesty Apple Cider Vinger dressing is Uh-Mazing! I can’t wait for it to come out in the store. It’s expensive but worth it. I only order once in a blue moon. Definitely worth trying.

My colleague and I often visit this location for lunch and we are never disappointed. The food and lobby is always on point. As with every Chick-Fil-A location, the customer service is warm and welcoming. I wanted to give a special shout to Mr. James, who is always exceptional and is a true brand ambassador. He goes above and beyond and has an excellent demeanor. A true asset to the company and this location in particular.

#HonestReview !! I usually do the drive thru. Today I did carry out because I was on the way to work. After this visit tonight I won’t be back here before I have to go to work. Horrible customer service inside. I placed the order 30 mins before arriving. When I got there my order wasn’t ready. I asked could I do the cookie instead of the toy which I couldn’t modify through the app like I’ve been doing for years. The associate told me no and tried to remember which chick fil a lets you switch from the toy(ice cream) to the cookie. I told her I’ve been getting it for years. LITERALLY why I love to get the kids meal when I’m tryin to eat quick. She proceeds to tell me no again and I just wait for my food. It took the team 10 mins to get a KIDS MEAL together. Once I got my meal she still tried to proceed to give me an ice cream. I declined because I’m lactose intolerant hence, the swap for a cookie instead of toy. She then brings over other orders and drinks and I’m still waiting to receive my drink. She placed 3 drinks on the carry out shelf before I noticed she’s never going to bring mine over unless I say something. So I said hey I didn’t get my drink, I walked over to the drive thru side. And she goes a sweet tea right? Mam if you knew why did I have to ask for it. And kids meal and kids drink can be brought over at the same time. The food was awesome. The customer service inside is horrible. I see why the drive thru stay packed. So disappointed. Even for the inconvenience a cookie should have been giving. My experience tonight was not a pleasure at all. Customer service is not the same as it use to be inside.

Not really sure what happened to this location but my last several visits have been bad. The drive through use to run very efficient, but now in the mornings, the wait time is out of control. My order every single time I order the same thing: Cobb salad with strips, medium fry, and sweet tea light on the ice. Every time in drive thru I say ‘make sure I get 2 salad dressings, don’t mind paying for them’. They say ‘it comes with 2 dressings’. Every time I get home, there’s only 1! You think I’d learned to check before leaving but nope I have so much faith in them plus confirmation from drive thru that’s it’s there reassures me. I don’t have this issue at neighboring Chick fil A’s, just this location.

They were super busy and had be pull over to wait for my meal, and while it did take a little while to get the order I understand the usually dinner rush can be a bit hectic. After all that they were nice enough to give me a free cookie for the longer wait. That’s good service!
