We went out of our way to stop here on our way home from Florida and I’m so glad we did! We ordered the tropical nuggets, sweet potato fries, cod tacos, frosted pineapple drink, and macadamia nut cookie. Everything was yummy! The restaurant is decorated so cute.

I didn’t know this was a chick fil a because there was no line at the drive through. The server was nice but very slow. The food I was not impressed with. Even their classic sandwiches did not taste the same. The inside was nice; cute theme but I wouldn’t come back.

Customer service was great. Brianna did an amazing job it was her first time and she was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. She even made my husband a plantation ice tea which was not on the menu. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. We will certainly be making the two hour drive to come eat here again.

The staff was polite and friendly. We drove over 2 hours to get to this place. The wait was worth it. We had tried so many options and they were worth it. A truly unique experience. However, for the regular Chick-fil-A fans, they do have the full menu at the back too.

It took 30 minutes to be seated then another 45 to an hour to get out food and when we got it, it was NOT hot. We drove over an hour to get here so it was somewhat disappointing. The host was awesome and had a very good attitude. He was a jokester and my crew looked that. The portion sizes are very small. And for some of the stuff, the flavor was only ok. I had to hunt for the pineapple on my luau burger, the patty was cold and the cheese was not melted. Inspite of this it packed on the flavor. My husband LOVED the calamari and the tropical nuggets were DEE-lish. For a better experience, possibly call ahead and see what the wait time is. It wasn’t busy when we went… After tip, we spent just over $100 for 3 people.

This place is a delicious chaotic mess!! Ordered online and waited 50 minutes for my order. Saw people arrive after me, order at the counter and get their orders first (negates the point of my mobile order). Then, they forgot 3 things from my order had to weave through the crowd of people complaining to ask for the rest of my order. $80 for a family of four; it adds up fast and some of the stuff is overpriced! It’s a good one time experience but not something I’d veer 40 minutes off route to eat again. Chicken salad sandwich, shrimp tacos and sweet potato fries are delicious though!!

Great, unique experience that every chick fil a fan visiting driving through the Atlanta area should go check out. Hostess was awesome and told us all about the history of the location and some fun facts about it. A number of other reviews said the sit down restaurant took a while but I thought it was the same length of time as other sit down places – there’s a faster “normal” chick fil a inside the luau restaurant so you have some choices. Patio was fun and the beehives were a fun addition on the roof. Pork sandwich was great and I wish they’d have it available at all of the locations (although I totally get why they can’t).

This location definitely has a different spin than the other Chick-fil-a stores. The theme/decor is really cute, and the waterfall was surely a bonus. You can order the regular menu items or get Hawaiian themed items such as the Luau burger, Mahi Mahi tacos, and the frosted pineapple. It’s worth giving it a try, even if it’s just for the experience.

My friend and I went here a few days ago and I just have to say it was AWESOME! Excellent service by Ben and John. They were both so sweet and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the pork nachos which were out of this world. You have to try them. I got Pau’s pork tacos and French fries. They also have a sweet little gift shop where you can buy a shirt, hat, or cup. I think the most awesome part about our meal was the fact that some sweet woman paid for our meal. My friend and I were about to break into tears. Her and I were talking on our 2 and a half hour ride her about angels. I think that woman was! Thank you!! You have to come and visit Truett’s Luau!!!!

What’s the first thing you think of when I say Hawaiian-themed Chick-Fil-A? Probably the same thing I thought: “Wait…WHAT?!” Yes, it’s an actual thing! In Fayetteville, there’s Truett’s Luau – a Polynesian delight in Southwest Atlanta that offers both dining in experience, as well as the usual Chick-Fil-A fast-food side you all know and love.
