Being a fan of Chick-fil-a and having seen this location on TikTok, I had to stop. Family and I are on a road trip and specifically went out of our way to visit this location. The food (more than you can get from your average CFA), was very good, the server (Jay) went above and beyond, and the rest of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The atmosphere and staff was well worth the “out of the way”. Not disappointed at all and highly recommend.

It was our first time going to a Truett’s Grill in Morrow, GA. It is such a cute concept! Chick-fil-a is on one side and Truett’s Grill was in the other. You order at the counter for chick-fil-a and fir Truett’s Grill you are seated and wait staff serve you. At the front door is the cutest little door for kids to walk through. There is a train going around the ceiling! The only issue was that the tables all needed to be cleaned off on the Chick-fil-A side. Employees were standing around and no one was concerned about how dirty the tables were for us as we looked for a table. We had to clean off a table before we ate our food. Other than that it was a good experience!

As usual the drive in line was long so we went inside. The service was fast. My son was able to find the button that starts the train on the ceiling. My other son enjoyed playing with the little door. Even though we couldn’t dine they had something for all of us.

What a different experience for a Chic-fil-A, if you don’t know the history of the family that started it all, the name on this menu should give you a clue. They have the traditional chain experience that most of us are familiar with then the Truett’s Grill part which operates more like a traditional diner/restaurant offering a waiter/waitress and plated food items instead of wrapped and bagged. Our Troop stopped for lunch half way into our 12 hour ride, without notice or calling ahead they accommodated 5 adults and 16 youth without any delay or problem! A+ the staff at this location is top notch. Zero complaints, Zero issues, 100 % a store to be modeled from.
