**EXTREMLY UNPLEASANT ** The moment I walked in I was looked at and ignored. The man in green snapped at an associate to take my order. I did get my food fairly quick. Just to notice both the fries and nuggets were cold. Disappointed, I walked back in for the staff to make it right just to be ignored again. At this point I just requested a refund. MyAngel came out with the most disgusting attitude refusing to refund my order.

Very happy to have this place so close to home. It draws a lot of families with kids, including our own. The play place is small but somehow keeps the kids entertained for as long as we let them. Food is what you expect. Likely due to the nearby Marta, sometimes you’ll find people loitering. Generally though we feel safe.

BEWARE FUTURE APPLICANTS!! This store’s management, is amateur hour at best and it is clear, they value money over basic human decency towards their hard working employees. Since the opening in April, a number of employees have had to quit due to management not providing the hours/pay discussed prior, ALSO this management continued to embellish the truth when employees had questions as to when the hours/ pay issues were going to be resolved.( Causing employees to stay longer than they would’ve receiving 10-5 hours a WEEK which was not agreed upon. ) As I said before, management will embellish the truth in order to get you to stay but ultimately, issues within this store are not solved in a TIMELY, ETHICAL fashion. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

They are new so hopefully will improve over time, but by FAR the slowest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. Been here 6-7 times since it’s opened. Food has not been that fresh either. Still tastes okay.

I just had both the worst food and service I have ever had at a chick fil a. Service was dismal at best. Cashier walked away in the middle of my order. The bun was hard, and the fries were soggy as if they had been sitting there for a while. The outside looks nice, but this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ended up throwing the whole meal away. I’m glad I chose this location for dinner. NOT!!!!

I know this location is recently opened, but that doesn’t excuse the low quality service I experienced today. There was maybe 3 other customers in the establishment when I walked in and I placed my order and proceeded to wait for almost 20 minutes for my carry-out order while person after person behind me left with their food. I finally walked up to the counter to ask about the status of my order which had apparently been overlooked or forgotten about because they had no idea. One of the employees finally found it on the order screen and asked the kitchen to remake it (Thank you to her, she was great) but how was it missed in the first place? While waiting for the food to be prepared, employees were loudly stating how much they didn’t want to be there and wanted to go home, which I know, happens everywhere but is still unpleasant to hear especially when your order magically goes missing. I left before checking my order because I was on my way into work, my fault, and when I checked it the order was wrong as well. I paid for the Grilled Chicken Club (has cheese and bacon) and received a plain Grilled Chicken Sandwich with no cheese or bacon. Very disappointed in my experience today and will likely not be returning to this location.

I placed a curbside pick-up order for lunch. The order was ready when I arrived just a few minutes later. Everything was hot and delicious. The spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack was perfect! The fries had a tad too much salt for me but this location is great!

I’m giving service a 4star. How hard is it to double check the bag before giving it to the customer. I place the majority of my orders on the app so that I can walk in a pick up. Yes the food is correct. But come on Chick-fil-A, put my salad dressings in the bad it’s printed on the receipt. And my dipping sauces.
