On Saturday 7/8/23 my kids and I stop by this location around 9 pm after leaving Six Flags. I got all the way home and there was no meat on my sandwich,,,just two buns. I tried to call this Chick-fil-a but no answer. This location suck’s don’t waste your time. By the way this was the Camp Creek location.

Worst experience ever. Was rushed through the driveway with half my food missing. The fries they gave me look like someone ate half of them and there were none left in the bag. Sandwich says no pickles and cheese and there were no cheese on the sandwich and it had pickles on it. Called the store to rectify the situation with no response or return call. I am very dissatisfied with this chick fila.

The food quality continues to go down at this location. Fries in container was only half full and 12 chicken nuggets might as well have been chicken crust and seemed as though we got the bottom of the bag remaining (Crumbs).

The rudest experience I ever had at a chic fil a, asked for BBQ sauce when I ordered and when I pulled up and checked the bag there wasn’t any sauce, then the person at the window tried to argue with me saying theres only 2 sauces per meal when we ordered 2 meals and got nothing. Never even heard of that policy since I worked at a chic fil a for about 2 years.

It was incredibly busy but they were quick and efficient processing orders. I went inside to order and use the restroom which was very clean. Employees were polite and cheerful. Biscuit was soft and fluffy. The egg and sausage was hot and satisfactory. Would happily go there again next time I need to go to the airport.

The food was okay. Normal. But the restaurant over all was dirty. Me and my family came here for the first time and yeah we will never dine in again. Bathrooms were also disgusting. Honestly chick fil a should be ashamed. Whoever the manager is needs to get their restaurant in order. I worked at chick fil a once and we never had any of this trouble.

This location stays busy, and I know that’s a good thing. It was crowded on the inside, with people staying around waiting for their food. I was not sure who was waiting on who for online orders. Once someone asked for my info, it took a while for them to come back to say they are making it now. Wel, I purposely went after my original pickup time so I wouldn’t have to wait. I spent 30 minutes waiting. I asked for napkins, plates, and cutlery and didn’t receive them. The restaurant needed a little cleaning and restocking the to go supplies. There food is always good though.
