The slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I stopped to grab one biscuit and a frosted coffee and it has taken me 20 minutes just to order. This is not my first time here either. Every time I have eaten here, it has taken so long to receive my food. The Commerce Chick-fil-A is my normal go-to but I tried the Jefferson one since it is closer. I also try not to judge the new place too hard originally since they were probably still working out how to get the better and faster service but they have been open for a while now and it seems like nothing has changed…

Went this morning, got there at 6am I went inside and heard someone in the kitchen say it would be 10 minutes on biscuits so I ordered a burrito instead so I wouldn’t have to wait as long. 8 minutes had passed, and one of the ladyvpolitely ask about my burrito stating I had been waiting 8 minutes. I heard one of the gentlemen on the grill area tell her, “You’ll get it when you get it.” I heard it and immediately asked for a refund. This is the first time I’ve had issues with this Chick-fil-A, but everyone makes mistakes and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since it had just opened. But the comments from the guy I. The grill was uncalled, for I’m surprised that this type of communication is tolerated by this company. I will never waste my time going back after hearing and experiencing this.

Everyone brushes off the problems at the Jefferson Chick-fil-A by saying “it’s just kids” referring to the seemingly high school aged people working there, or “it’s still new” after it’s been open for months now. Well, the first few times I chalked my experiences up to this too.

I have work for chick fil a for over 6 years and i have never seem a drive thru so slow. At first i thought it was because they were new but is getting worst. The last time i was on, it took an hour . Insane. And the last time my husband was there they took so long because the kitchen did not have any biscuit or chicken ready???? And we had missing items when he get home. One of the things that made chick fil a so different from others was there drive thru and is so disappointed. I have think a few times to eat on less quality places since their drive thru so slowwwww is so sad.

Looking for a loooong wait in a drive-through and want to play Russian roulette with food quality? Look no further than this Chick-fil-A. If there is any line at all, you’re better off going somewhere else and dining in. You’ll get food faster and chances are good the quality will be better. Sometimes the food here is good, sometimes it’s horrible. I honestly didn’t know Chick-fil-A could make a rubbery/jerky version of the chicken sandwich, but, evidently, this one can. I avoid this Chick-fil-A at all costs unless my kids absolutely beg for it. So, here I am today sitting for the past 20 minutes in a line that has moved a total of 10ft and praying the food is good and we get what we asked for in the bags.

Poorly trained staff. Rude. Unlike any chickfila I’ve been to. Sad, we all waited so long for this location. Trapped in line for 50 minutes. And all I’m told is they’re sorry and they only had 2 weeks training. Have much training so you need? Obviously much much more. Manager was a waste of an employee, she would’ve served better at cooking the chicken or waiting on the line up.

We placed a large mobile order and after arriving at the location we still had to wait 10 minutes for the food. Drove home (15 minutes) and 4 items were missing. Called the store and we were told to come back and get the missing items. I asked if they could please have it ready so we wouldn’t have to wait again and the young lady was very rude and raised her voice at me! We drove 15 minutes back to get the missing items and of course it was not ready—waited another 15 minutes for them to get the rest of the order, then 15 minutes to drive back home. I realize they are fairly new, but they do not have the same standards as other Chick-fil-A locations. We usually eat at this location at least once a week, and every time we order takeout, something is missing.

Slowest cfa I’ve ever been to. I’ve been several times now and always the same. Don’t go if you have a crying baby, groceries that will get hot, or your car runs hot. It was 96 degrees and I was trapped in the line with my a/c going out from sitting so long with my baby in the car screaming. Will not be going back.

Can’t say enough about the employees & the exceptional quality of the food! Every car/customer was greeted with a smile & great service! The manager was waiting at the end of the line to thank everyone!! The outpouring love & support from the community was outstanding!! I waited in line for an hour! 4 sandwiches, 2 fries!
