Burnt chicken filets! I have friends in the restaurant business, and I also have worked in the restaurant business, and these appear to be cooked ahead, dipped again in oil to warm up the already fried filets, and then serving them double fried in order to get food out quicker in a rush. Not happy. This is not the way Chick-fil-A runs their businesses and unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A will go out of business if corporate does not correct the behavior now. Other possibility is not changing the grease. In any event, the chicken filets are burnt crisp and overcooked. I stopped going. Just click on the picture to enlarge and take a look at the sandwich. The replacement was exactly the same, and she said they all were that way, which signifies cooked ahead and redipped in oil a second time. If you are in the restaurant business, then you know “exactly” what I am talking about. Please do not call me and CONFRONT me like your manager already did when I was sick as a dog. That behavior should never be accepted at a Christian-run business. The drive through is slow and I am guessing that is why they are precooking and redipping in oil to burn the filets. Has happened more than once and ONLY at the Toccoa Chick-fil-A. Waited forever, then waited in a parking spot, then asked for a refund because the replacement sandwich was exactly the same, if not worse. Mgr stated all the chicken was like that. (No other Chick-fil-A is overcooked like that.) No juicy. Hard as a rock. Appalled, alarmed, and disgusted.

If you plan on dining in, don’t… the customer service is terrible. They forgot to put in my order and then on top of that, when I went to go say something, no one would help me. They IGNORED ME. Weird… the foods great and the drive thru is great… but customer service is terrible.

Girls are too busy talking instead of taking orders. Car in front of us was allowed to order more at the pickup window, causing the line to get longer. Sandwiches were cold. Didn’t get the chocolate shake we ordered. Had to go inside to get it. For being a new place this place is not run well at all. Everyone needs to be retrained! Not going back!

This is the second time that I’ve been to this location. The service was WAY better than the first time. The food was just okay, but the service was the best I’ve seen in Toccoa. The last time I was here it was the worst, so it’s great to see positive changes. I’ll come back some day.

So- not even comparing this location to other fast food places, just other Chick-fil-a’s…. they are struggling. I love Chick-fil-a, so much that I spend too much time and money there… Signature Rewards member, if that means anything to anyone or grants perspective. They have recently opened( less than 6 months old), but they can’t seem to get it together. Wait times are long, even when they are not busy, my co workers and I compare stories about orders they have gotten wrong, and the staff seems disinterested in helping and would rather hold side-bar conversations with their co-workers. It’s a small town, I get it… but they have such a great opportunity if they would just get it together. I’ll be honest, I typically will not stop here for breakfast and go to the one in Lavonia…. I’ll only stop if this is what my co-workers want for lunch. They also only offer delivery through Door Dash and, at this time, do not offer the namesake delivery service.

This place is a complete screwup. Don’t expect to ever get everything you ordered and when you go through DoorDash is just as bad. Employees would rather sit on their phones or play around with each other instead of checking for accuracy. They’ll take your money real quick, but you’re not gonna get everything you ordered. Why they thought this would work in Toccoa is beyond my understanding.

The quality of the food and drinks were fine but the service was awful. They completely forgot my fries and almost forgot my drinks had I not said something. I called to tell them about my fries and was given a careless associate who seemed to not care. This experience has definitely pushed me away from Chick-fil-A

It’s almost sacrilegious to leave a bad review but this place is awful. We were so excited to have one in our town and it’s terrible. There are so many employees no one knows what’s going on they are everywhere except getting your food. I’ve never got a correct order. And the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. The amount of employees you have you could have 1 per car. Definitely a disaster and an insult to a chick fil a company!

This Chick fil a has a difficult time getting orders correct. Multiple times the orders have been wrong. generally friendly staff but they really struggle with correctly filling orders.
