Chick-fil-A you lost your way over 15 years now and I will never spend another dollar at this business. It’s early afternoon on Saturday and I remembered how good the chocolate chip cookie was. I thought I would buy the bag of 6. Hard, stale, and not fit for human consumption. You too will close your doors because you just couldn’t keep it the American way where business would never get away with nor consider giving something bad to a customer. This is my first written complaint to match the other 7 in the past two years.

If my daughter’s friend hadn’t hired a driver for us, I don’t think I would have dealt with the parking lot to eat here. Once inside tho the food was great the employees were terrific and we barely missed the playground. The salads were fresh and everything was quick and yummy.
