We’ve eaten here about 3 times. The first times we used dine in and the drive through respectively. No problem with the dine in visit. The drive through was pretty good, except we did receive our food before the people ahead of us and there is no way to exit the line until everyone in front was also served. With that in mind I feel it might be better to hold the food in a warming area inside until the recipient can leave, as most people are picking it up to take home and may have to drive some distance. The curbside experience was not the best. I ordered a total of 3 nugget meals and two salads. When my order was delivered I was missing all of the french fries (3 orders) and one of the drinks. When the attendant made a delivery at the vehicle next to me a moment later, I advised her of the missing items. She asked for the receipt and one had not been enclosed. I had to pull my order up on the mobile app to review with her. She advised she would go ask about it but if they did not believe her I would have to go inside to straighten things out. As our conversation concluded, the man she had delivered to in the car next to me called for her attention and said he was also missing one of his drinks.

I want start out by saying the cashier Frederick is great if I could rate him as a 10 I would. And the crew was working their butts off. Your manager on the other hand was outside hanging out with one of the young possibly to young female associate and you could tell there was more than friendship going on. And trying to hide it. Not very professional for a manager. It was right passed the drive through.

I love CFA, but this location is lacking in accuracy when it comes to fulfilling orders. The last 4-5 times I have visited, something has been left off my order. One time there were no straws, multiple times I have paid extra for a small add-in to a beverage treat, and didn’t get it. One time I ordered a frosted lemonade, and got a regular lemonade instead. All relatively small details, but it’s the kind of thing that Chick-fil-A has a reputation for doing well, and this location is lacking.

This is the Lord’s chicken. Probably, the best you’ll eat in the area. Employees are super nice. The restaurant and drive through are very clean. I haven’t had a bad experience there. My only con for the restaurant is the curbside service. They seem to focus on the drive through and inside over curbside. I’ve done both, and you’ll more than likely get through the line before leaving from curbside.

Love the chicken wrap with avocado sauce. I also like how Chick-fil-A made very American incorporating its own separation of power through drive thru: One person takes your order, the next takes your payment, and the next delivers your food.
