I’m writing this review as a I sit waiting on my curbside order. I have waited 40 minutes for my food. That is longer than you wait at most sit down restaurants. I understand it is busy, but don’t push the notification through that the food is on the way when it clearly is not.

The only CFA I have ever seen that is visibly disorganized. Not all experiences are bad. They also do a great job with the chicken. It’s usually cooked perfectly. But it’s always just a matter of time before your have just an absurd time just getting your food(curbside and take out). And for me and clearly other reviewers, it’s makes such a bad experience. Tonight it took 30 minutes to get 3 strips, 8 nuggets and 2 fries(take out, too). The CFA app asked twice,”it’s been a while. have you received your food”? Plenty of staff, but a misguided and disorganized effort leads to way too many serious fails.

Never in my life would I have expected to experience service like this from a Chick-fil-A. I worked at a different location for 4.5 years through high school and college and know the standards well enough to know that corporate would lose their minds over this. There is no reason to wait 21 minutes on 2 sandwiches, one medium fry, a fruit cup that was forgotten, and two drinks. There just isn’t.

Got there had my food order at 10:11 waited till 10:42 to and nothing watched everybody there get their food before me so I call and they stop serving breakfast but said they would cook some more biscuits but would have to wait another 30 min. Drove 20 min to get there for this. I left and now I have to go all the way back just to get my money because they can’t refund on a app. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve never seen such at a Chick-fil-A.

They seem to still be working out some of the bugs in their newly configured Dalton Mall location. Tonight they had trouble with two items on the order. After waiting in the curbside line for a long time, they called me to say that it would be another 15 minutes if I wanted the chicken strips. I chose the 12 piece nugget meal instead. The free cookie was a nice touch, but my grandson would rather have had his chicken strips…

Today was the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience at Chick-fil-A. This was at the dalton mall location. I had a young lady take my order. In the middle of telling her my order she held up her finger and told me to wait while she typed stuff in. This caught me off guard, but I understand trying to accurately type everything in can be frustrating. She then proceeded to ask another associate to “finish with this one” cause she was ready for her break. She kept trying to get someone to cover her break the entire transaction and then didn’t even give me the correct items.

I placed a curbside order and they took awhile to bring my order out. When they brought my food out i noticed right away I didn’t have all of my food. So I called to let them know I was missing the rest of my food. She was nice at first but once i told her i was missing my 4 fries she immediately got an attitude with me. She said she was going to come out to check my receipt, she never came out but this guy came out and gave me the rest of my fries and she still gave me the wrong sandwich.
