This was my first time at a Chick-fil-a. First, the staff were visible outside in 97 degrees taking orders with a smile and respect. They were helpful when we ordered and were able to answer every question we had. We got the peach shake, chicken sandwich, and chicken strips dinner. We easily substituted Mac and Cheese instead of fries. The shake was crazy good…OMG if you haven’t had one, order one. The only comment I’d add is that they need a wider straw to fit the peach pieces through. The food was very good and filling. We don’t eat a lot of fast food, so this experience ranked exceptionally well with us and we are more likely to repeat it again while traveling. We walked in and a staff member, who acted like a hostess, asked us if everything was good and helped us by guiding us where to go to dispose of the trash and use the facilities. The facility was clean and organlzed. The bathrooms were also clean with toilet paper. The drive through personnel were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see some of the ratings here. My husband and I had a great experience today! Kudos and thank you for making such a great meal!

The worse franchise in the country. We travel 4-6 months a year and finding a Chick-fil-A is a blessing. This place is dirty, unorganized, it took 15 minutes to get our order and it was incomplete. Corporate should consider canceling the franchise.

Worst customer service from order taker Mecy , understand it’s hot but can be more proactive and make customer feel appreciated for coming! All other locations I have been to are always smiling and try to get customers through the line. Line on other side moved very quickly but Mecy was as not going to move out from under fan nor in a hurry when you finally made it her! Folks working handing food were great.

We usually love Chick Fil A and we stopped at the one in Perry, Georgia on a trip back home to Florida. It was filthy. Not very many customers, lots of workers but they were all kidding around and messed up two of our seven orders. Most of the tables and chairs had food on them. The trash cans were overflowing onto the floor and the floor was wet in several places. Bathrooms weren’t clean either and the sinks were full of paper towels. If you want Chick Fil A you’re better off going to a different one down the road.

I was very surprised at Chick-fil-A customer service today. It was not a very good experience. My order was incorrect, we asked for a breakfast bowl amd got a burrito, it was breakfast and they ran out of oj and outside of sodas no substitute was available and I was not able to redeem my birthday gift because I did not let them know during ordering so it couldn’t be added and they said they were in the “red”. We were on a road trip, so we were not able to get the correct items.

This Chick-fil-A was not clean in the bathroom. No paper towels and hair in the sink, the toilets weren’t clean. We ordered a 4 piece strip and only got 3 really over cooked ones. We love Chick-fil-A andfries we’re nearly inedible. So sad, one of our go-to places for guaranteed service when traveling. I will never return to this one.

By far the worst chock fil a I’ve ever been to! The food was mediocre at best. The employees walked around like they were in slow motion. After our food was placed on the tray, they just left it sitting there. I waited a few minutes & finally walked over & told the guy to give it to me! There was more people working than there was customers, so it wasn’t because they were that busy. Then the guy had an attitude when I told him to give me the tray. None of the automatic garbage can would open, I finally just put my tray of trash on top of one of the cans. Then I went into the restroom and I have never seen a chick fil a restroom that was so dirty! I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while! Over-all worst chick fil a I’ve ever seen!
