Food was good, service upon pulling up to the drive thru order, the lady had no personality, no welcome greeting and acted as though I was interrupting her. When I pick up my food the next lady was very nice and pleasant. My have to skip the drive thru on this Chick-fil-A. Truett Cathy would not be happy if he was still around.

This is a brand new Chick-fil-A at the time I’m writing this. They are set up to efficiently handle a heavy load of people ordering. The food is consistently good. The lemonade is my favorite. It’s a tad more expensive than some other fast food establishments, but well worth the extra.

I’m not too impressed with this location. I was excited when I heard there would be a store closer to me. For two separate visits, I’ve been disappointed. I gave a pass the first time and the second visit was better, but this third time was another disappointment. My hashbrowns were hard and greasy. They have to do better to hold up the brand expectations.

Gotta be the most unfriendly Chik fil A I have ever been to. First off, I was made to stand there alone by the front counter with several employees walking past me and making eye contact but not jumping in to help or ask if I’d been helped … nothing. Second, getting cheap on how many sauces and napkins they give. Let’s say I had to walk my butt up to ask for more than one sauce. Finally, was awkward when the person in charge of keeping the dining area clean was standing off to the corner staring at me to leave.

I placed a mobile curbside order into the app. This location charged my bank and the order disappeared at the store. I had to go into the store to show my transaction history, which by the way I told the manager and worker that it didnt show. I also showed my bank info where the transaction went through. The manager stated oh that’s our store number attached but we don’t have your order. Then they informed me to call the technical support because they don’t know where my money went. Could not provide the technical support number or anything. Now Tuesday 05/31/2023 I ordered a 12 ct grill nugget meal. They provided me with a 8ct. I let it go because I have been a loyal customer for years. Even when they were on Watson near the hospital. The should have provided me with customer service number. They should have been able to go through their system to find the order and reversed the money. So twice this chic fil a has taken my money in one week. Not providing the correct food and not providing food at all. I will not go back to chic fi a ecery again. I advice you not to unless you are going inside the restaurant, not on your lunch break, and have time to take all of your food out to check it

This one of my favorite Chick Fil A restaurants so far. The employees are great. The food is great. 3/29/23 Update: the service that I have received since that day has been very poor. Only a few workers still give great service, but I have encountered such bad service like getting straight lemon water instead of lemonade…. Rude people when I go through drive thru like they do not want to take my order and will rush you.
