Management very rude. Can’t do a simple accommodation for someone who just had surgery and could very clearly not talk or eat well due to swelling. Older employees are rude as well. Seems to me like they need to get All the boomers out. Younger people are always nice though. Never seem to have a problem unless it’s the old lady in the mornings.

GM or Management very rude and had no concern of the inconvenience that was caused to me. I ordered a sausage and cheese combo and received a totally different order. I had to get back into my vehicle and go back to the location. She changed the order. I kindly asked her if she could give another beverage because I drunk the other one. She stated No I cannot have another one because they don’t do that. Once she noticed the disappointment on my face, she replied I’ll do it this one time for you. After all of that I just walked away. I had to come all the way back to this location because they messed up my order. I figured she would be nice enough to give me another drink. I will be picking another location for now on. She needs a refresher course in customer service. She was the manager or GM.

Just stopped by for a quick lunch before finishing up my errands & hadn’t eaten much for breakfast & it was closer to supper time than lunch, and got the kale crunch salad which is always good & a chicken sandwich with a lemonade. I was so full, I had no need for supper later. It was brought to my table very quickly. And the server asked if I needed anything else. Very nice place. Clean. Bathrooms were clean. Will go back there the next time I go to Macon.

Usually don’t write reviews but when I visited this Chick Fil A. The atmosphere wasn’t great. The employees seemed uncomfortable. I then noticed a Team Leader or Manager named Bryson being rude with employees. I even saw one employee walk out today cause of him. I feel some kinda higher management is needed to look into how he manages cause the whole team seemed to be uncomfortable with him. He overall seems unprofessional. Other than that food was good. I won’t be back though cause I don’t wanna support a toxic management. Especially if Chick Fil A doesn’t take this review seriously.

1st time eating here. Well, what we got was ok. Chicken paddy itself was good. Sandwiches were a little on the dry side. Could use a sauce we didn’t get what we ordered, though. The 2 deluxe meals were just plain sandwiches! We were passing through, so we weren’t turning back to complian.
