We were passing through on our way back to Atlanta and decided to stop rest and eat here. No one really greeted us when we walked in. We went straight for the restrooms. The restrooms were pretty clean. When we came out to order it took a second for someone to come to the register. We ordered food for 6 of us. The food took a good 30-40 minutes. Most of us opted for chicken nuggets and I believe we ordered one sandwich. For the five of us who did order chicken nuggets they gave us one sauce per person. They also forgot our chicken sandwich. We got the chicken sandwich and had to ask for so much more sauce. Not sure if they change the rules on sauces, but it used to come with two per meal. So we started to eat our food, which was good as normal. Then one of the employees proceeded to bust the floor right by our table. I understand the certain duties have to be completed, but I just think that it’s quite rude to run such a loud machine like that while people are trying to enjoy their meal. Not my favorite or best experience with Chick-fil-A.

When walking up to the restaurant there are 2 doors, one says Take Out or Dine In. When walking in we didn’t know where to go. No one would acknowledge us and we waited in line for over 5 minutes before someone said to go to the dine in area. Then sat down and waited several more minutes before a sweet employee assisted us. I would suggest they have better instructions for the dine in section. I love CHICK-FIL-A, It was my 1st job at 15 ! I want to help them not be critical.

Mobile Through is terrible now that there are no employees there to check you in when you make an order. Placed order 10-15 minutes prior to pulling in, only car in the mobile through lane, several in the other lane. Thought I was going to get my food quick and move on, but waited the same amount of time as I would have had I ordered through the regular drive through. The car that I would have been behind in the drive through left the same time I did. If you have dietary restrictions DO NOT mobile through order. You can only subtract things from your order not add. I’m on a low carb diet l, ordered a chicken and egg bowl minus hash browns. Could not add anymore egg or chicken from the app. Knew I was probably going to get a smaller portion but what I got was laughable. Two little slivers of grilled chicken and a little egg. It wasn’t even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Not worth the money, time, or effort spent.

Beautiful new Chick-fil-a with servers who come to your table to take your orders! Wow. And separate entrances for take out and dine in, good drive thru, and plenty of parking. Large dining room, gorgeous inside. Food was perfectly cooked and hot!

Definitely didn’t have a normal chick-fil-a experience here. The “carry out” “dine in” sign are confusing. It makes you think there will be two check out areas. But really i think it’s cause they want you to go sit down and order on their app?? The staff were not friendly and they were slow. There was 9 people working in front of house and most of them were doing nothing. The trash in the bathrooms was over flowing and there was no toilet paper. And the fries were like warm.

Every time we come in here we always get our food first and I drinks WELL after I have finished half of my food. A lot recently I’ve came in here with no greeting or anything and sat down for a while with nobody coming to us, people walk in after us and they are served right away. I am used to walking in and doing the online order thing at this point. The place is very clean but if this place is going to try to do the server thing they need to train people to be servers and not just confused. Cleanliness and food is great! Just the service needs a lot of work….

Great chicken, fast service, seriously well-organized system for getting people through fast (with the correct order 🙂 ), and nice dining area. Wall-side tables have USB charger outlets for devices, which is a convenient perk when traveling. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Passing through and stopped for breakfast. Ordered to go, took 20 minutes for 2 chicken minis and 2 egg white grills. Turns out our order was sitting on the counter with 3 others and no one bothered to call our names, nor the other 3 customers. It was not during morning rush either. Inefficient, unprofessional.

Chick-full-A is officially not worth the hassle anymore. Good food, just aggravating. Hit the drive through and they take your order 50′ before the menu, and now if you go inside they are table service with a tablet and NO Menu no QR code link to a menu. You must know what we have or use our app! I’ll pass on your “private club”. It’s still fast food, get over yourself.
