Really easy and quick even though busy. They only got 4 stars because they gave me 2 fries instead of 1, didnt read my order back or Id have caught that, and my southern tea was weak as dishwater. Literally tasted like dirty water not tea. The excellent service at the window while I waited was for the chicken soup being placed in a regular cup so that I could drink it while I drove and she even smiled and said no problem!

Great location – absolutely freezing inside for some reason though. Food was delicious – new building so a lot of the older pictures with kids play place are from the old location down the street. This location does not have a kids play place for anyone expecting that.

Love it. The food is obviously good, so let’s move on (team nuggets). Consistent experiences, great customer service, and the efficiency of the operation is what keeps me coming back. I order from the app religiously now, which gives us time to select what we need instead of clogging up the line. And the orders are still correct. Well done!

Quality has declined lately, there are often items missing from our orders and the fries aren’t usually filled. See picture of “large” fries next to a slightly fuller medium. Stomach has been aching after eating lately which suggests food handling probably isn’t how it normally is.

The people and place were great as usual. However, I had been sick for 3 days, and when I was finally able to eat, all i wanted was soup from Chick-fil-A. I got a bowl and brought it home. It had a brownish tent to it, almost like it was scorched from being the last in the pot. There were no noodles. Everything was mush! I was so disappointed.

I placed a mobile order while my husband drove, on the way to the restaurant When we got there, the line was the shortest I’ve seen it since the new building has been opened. We were immediately greeted and asked if we were placing an order or picking up a mobile order. It was pretty much smooth sailing. We got our order very quickly and it was correct. As always, chickfila holds #1 in my heart when it comes to speedy fast food and correct order.
