Although it’s Chik Fil A, the food is a bit lackluster compared to how it typically is considering it’s on campus. Nonetheless, it’s still fairly good. Nonetheless, it’s a shame the Chik Fil A app can’t be utilized here and that the wait for food is often very long. Furthermore, the dining area isn’t often maintained well.

Don’t bother going there they have 5 girls working just bagging food and they can’t even do it right. They’re all just chilling having fun while you’re just trying to eat they have one job to bag food and I got two wrong orders and couldn’t wait any longer. Very unprofessional staff waisted my time now I have nothing to eat when I have to be on campus all day. The manager on duty did nothing to try to improve instead tried to tell me it was the kiosk worked great ,Just said sorry well he’s a sorry excuse of a manager. Why put the kiosk when the employees don’t know how to bag food anyway

I would not recommend going if there’s very many people waiting for their good because it’ll be at least 20 minutes, if you go when it’s pretty empty it’s not as bad not still a longer wait than most any other chick FIL a I’ve been to. But it’s one of the only options on campus so what are you going to do

This is the worst Chick Fil A anywhere. Used to be one of the best. Now, service and wait time are terrible14. One person taking orders, 1 person serving orders and who knows what the others are doing. Expect a 20 to 30 minute wait. They rarely have any unsweet tea, they just don’t make it all. What is the deal with that? Probably never going here again.

Ah, the UNF Chick-fil-A. Where the customer is an afterthought and the food is cold. I have on multiple occasions ordered a single sandwich only to wait for 30+ minutes to receive said item. The employees are always nice but it unfortunately doesn’t make up for constantly forgetting about my orders.

it’s a shame that *this* is considered the best option for on campus dining. i went in for just an iced coffee and fries and ordered on the new self serve kiosks. after 30 minutes i checked in with an employee and she said “wElL i dOn’T sEe iT oN THe reGiSteEr” screamed another customer’s name in my face and left, i had to flag down 3 other employees to finally get what i paid for

Very slow. You have to wait at less 20 mins for your order most of the time. Their biscuits and hash browns are undercooked. I couldn’t eat an have to throw it away. I’m very disappointed. Don’t know if I want to go back there again.
