Legitimately drove an hour just to eat Chick-fil-A. I was rather disappointed, the food was typical. The peach shake was mediocre. The restaurant was just dirty all around. Trash everywhere, dirty tables, trash cans over flowing with trash piled on top, spilled drinks/shakes on the ground. I felt like I was in a Burger King. I can not tell you the number of people that walked in and saw the trash can and commented on it. Also the number of employees that acknowledged the trash can was impressive, yet none did anything to correct the issue. Which tells me management is the issue.

Bad experience! My cousin ordered my food to bring to me. Bread was old and moldy looking. The fries were old and the manger Kelly or whoever I spoke to was on the phone was not helpful and hung up in my face. I don’t recommend.

I chose to stop at this particular location, being that it is close to my place of employment. I have been here before and thought that it was the worst Chick fila location in town. My sentiment still stands. The service was pleasant; however, I am not a fan of the two lanes that merge back into one lane. I think this is a terrible set-up. Cars in the other lane try to beat you to the single line and will not fairly let you through. I specifically asked for honey for my order, and they were not in the bag. Also, I did not receive a straw for my drink. For some reason, this really upset me. I am disappointed with this location, once again. I know mistakes happen, but I am spending my hard-earned money to receive what is requested and this is not the first time, at this location.

Came in with my boyfriend because we were close by. Had our order taken by the cashier, Melvin, who was very friendly. The food tasted good, but there were some accuracy issues with our order. My boyfriend went up to the counter to get his sandwich fixed and was met with a passive-aggressive employee. I couldn’t get her name because she did not have her nametag on. She had long blond/brunette hair and tattoos on her arms. We got the sandwich replaced and later on realized that my boyfriend was missing his drink. When I went up to get his drink, I was also met with the same lady who gave the same passive-aggressiveness. Personally, I will place a mobile order or go to a different location in the future to lessen the chances of interacting with her again.

For being such a newly built building, it’s going downhill fast. I’m not sure if the crew isn’t on the same page or what’s going on. It’s now one of the most poorly kept Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been in. It was so nice in the beginning and the service was even better. It gets worse every time I visit, which isn’t often.

Ordered a normal chicken sandwich meal (with no special instructions) via the app for a carry out. Got to the location 20 minutes later. Still had to wait an additional 40 minutes in the lobby. It took an hour to get my food. And I saw at least 6 workers in the front (so it wasn’t like they were short staffed). This happened one time before, and I just thought it was a fluke. But having it happen again shows that it was not a fluke.

Usually I like chick fila but it seems like there is always something wrong with my order when I come to this location. The time before this trip my order was completely wrong the girl at the drive thru added stuff to my meal and charged me for it through the app, after telling me that the mobile order was not there that was placed 10 minutes prior to me arriving. This time the girl took my order which was a 12 count meal but I recieved an 8 count and it was not fresh smh which I don’t order if it’s busy everything should be fresh. It’s just very chaotic there.

Always great food and the employees go above and beyond. The honey roasted barbecue sauce is the best sauce you will ever have from a restaurant. Great waffle fries, the grilled chicken club is always tasty if you don’t know what you want.

If I could give them a zero star I would. I was in line for 20 minutes and reached the the awning at 10:32 AM. I gave the employee standing outside my order for a chicken biscuit and she said the owner placed a hard cutoff for breakfast at 10:30 AM with no exceptions. This is not how you treat customers that have waited patiently in line for your product. Furthermore, my order would have been placed well before 10:30 had the employee been walking down the line like most employees do at other locations.
