Chick-fil-A should be embarrassed that this location has its name. The staff was rude and the customer service was far from the chick-fil-a standard. Today, we ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and after we received our food and sat down, we noticed they gave us a spicy sandwich instead of a regular. We went to ask them to correct the order and they accused us of not ordering at all. They asked for our name and then stated that they never called that name out. Then asked again if we had ordered. She looked back in the orders and stated that no one with that name has ordered. She asked us again if we really actually ordered food. They even made us go to the cashier that we ordered from and have him confirm that we indeed ordered food. After that was all done, they did not even apologize for messing up the order. A customer should never have to go through all that trouble for something that the restaurant had messed up. The Seminole dining team needs to realize that they are serving not only students but also university staff, which one of us is.

I appreciate that this staff serves so many students everyday, which I’m sure can get stressful sometimes, but some of the employees here are so rude. I’m not expecting anyone to go out of their way to be nice, but to be given attitudes and rude stares when I’m misunderstood, expecting me to know the ice cream machine is out of order and getting annoyed when I don’t, or to have voices raised at me is just so unprofessional. I think it would be beneficial for this staff to have a customer service lesson.

Clockwork Time
Food’s ok, but this place isn’t open for breakfast and sometimes closes over half an hour early, which is especially annoying on Saturday, when they already close earlier. Except they don’t tell you they’re closed early, they just lock the doors for you to be confused at. Why have hours of operations if you aren’t going to follow it??? Additionally it’s super slow, you can’t use or buy gift cards and you can’t pay with cash. Overall a really disappointing Chick-fil-A, even for a college campus.

Far below average employees. They are rude, do not use standard Chik fil A lingo (my pleasure, etc.), and when they make mistakes they are quick to blame the customer instead of owning up to it and comping the meal like every other Chik fil A when a mistake is made. Only redeeming quality is admittedly the food. While the service is sub-par, I haven’t yet had a bad experience with the food.
