I order through the app here for breakfast periodically when I am in town and this location has always delivered. Even at 6:30, 7 am, I am able to get in and get out quickly. My order is always accurate and the quality is what I expect. I avoid carbs and the Sausage egg and cheese hashbrown bowl (minus hashbrowns) is perfect. I add a couple of grilled filets and it is one of my favorite, if not my number one favorite fast food breakfast. I will definitely be back!

I typically stay away from fast food restaurants, but someone gave me a Chick-fil-A gift card so I figured why not. I ordered a southwest veggie wrap with no cheese (+fries and lemonade) and they gave me a chicken wrap. The guy I spoke with over the phone was super nice and apologetic and offered to remake my sandwich. When I returned, the cashier was also super nice, but he gave me a veggie wrap with cheese after waiting about five minutes. He offered to remake my sandwich a third time but I just asked for a refund and left. GREAT customer service. Filthy restrooms. Soggy fries. Lemonade was delicious though.

Chick-fil-A… Always great food, always very friendly staff. Unlike McDonald’s (who barely acknowledge you’re standing there), Chick-fil-A staff greet you with a smile and friendly hello. They ask how you’re doing today and are very courteous. THIS makes a world of difference. This is what happens when a company treats their employees well and provides a nice working environment.

What’s not to love? I always get the spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries, sweet tea and maybe a milkshake. My son loves to hit the play area with his friends while dining in. The staff are super friendly and hard working. I never see anybody standing around looking at their phone like every other fast food joint in the world while there’s work to be done. The place is clean and efficient, and the food is what you ordered. The volume of traffic that comes through here at lunch-time is insane, but the line moves fast and the staff handles the pressure with clear communication and a smile.

This store was not a typical Chic k-fil-A. We ordered a Cobb, Southwest Spicy salad, and a #1 meal combo. There were so many new employees, that after replacing both of the salads, the Unit Manager would only say there were a lot of new employees in training. There was no solution provided. I the same good food, BUT this particular Chick-fil-A has messed up my order for the last 3 visits. The first time was fairly small-wrong dressing for my Market Salad. The second time, they mixed up how many fries and tenders were ordered. The last time I went, they completely omitted 2 chicken sandwiches! I always pull over and check my order because I don’t trust them anymore. I live 50 miles away, and this restaurant is closest to I-10. Get better, Chick-fil-A.

I was waited on in the drive-thru by the kindest young man, Malachi (I hope I’m spelling this right b/c he deserves the credit). He was standing in the hot 5 o’clock sun, but greeted me with the sweetest smile and helped me with all my questions, and got my order perfect.
