The food and service are par with what I expect from Chick-fil-A. However, they cant seem to do anything except whats exactly on the menu. I asked for no salt on the fries and for the chicken to be double fried. The fries ended up with salt and they told me they cant do anything extra to the chicken. Not really a big deal, just a bummer.

It was a normal chick fil a, but we had some problems with the app and are order got messed up and wasn’t refunded properly and got shorted us some money, we got it back though. The food is great. The lines took a long time though. We went 2 times and they got the order wrong both times

The food was below Chick-fil-A standards, it was warm, but had clearly been sitting out for awhile. The fries were over cooked and just very poor, because they were cold. The workers were not excited or joyful, many of them forgot to say the signature line “my pleasure” this is definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to, but I’m used to the amazing ones we have back in Missouri. I hope this restaurant will improve because it is definitely giving the franchise a bad name.

I’m a believer in Chick-fil-A and eat 4-5 times a week. When I travel to Panama City Beach I don’t understand the quality of service you get at the one on Back Beach road. Drive thru line today took almost 20 min and only two people taking orders at lunch time. Please go visit the Lake Dow store in McDonough Ga to learn how to dominate a drive thru that does hundreds of cars per hour.

Unfortunately, not our best experience at a Chick Fil A. Drive thru was the slowest I have ever experienced at CFA and they got our order wrong on two separate occasions. On the second instance, actually had a manager get snippy with me telling me that they don’t make mistakes. My bag with a missing chicken sandwich said otherwise.

Food tasted great but service was horrible. Sat in the drive through for more than 30 minutes literally. Then when i got up to the window the lady gave me attitude because i asked for extras which id already asked the lady who yook my order and she told me to wait til i got on up to the window then at tue windows she acted like i was really putting her out to have to go back in to get what i asked for after waiting 30 minutes.
