This CFA is just okay. My husband and I have been several times throughout the years. Its always been MEH. The service is fine but when we went today, we could tell the fry oil was OLD. It made the fries have a darker tint to them which is not the norm plus they stank of old fry oil. I even went up a second time to let them know and they “fixed it” by making fresh fries with the old oil. So technically my husband and I only ate half of the meals we paid for.

This Chick-fil-A is built a little bit different. They’ve never been a friendly as some of the other ones. This is the second bad experience that I’ve had there. I walked up, stood up there for 5 minutes and two ladies talked in front of me amongst themselves and never acknowledged that I was there. Then another couple walks up and they immediately take their order. I then wait a few more minutes until somebody else finally comes up to help me. It’s worth it to drive the extra mile down to the other. Chick-fil-A in Altamonte.

I went to chick FIL a today to get a large coke and a large water with lemon. They said they had to charge me for the water like…. WHAT THE HECK? I have never been charged for that. They said they had small cups for that. So I said I have a free drink and that I use that. So for just water I paid 2.85. SMH

I’m not one to write bad reviews, however, I had a bad experience here. I believe with one of the managers, who was not wearing a uniform, was very impolite, and rude. There is such a thing as conversing with a guest kindly, unfortunately that didn’t happen. I’ve been to much nicer Chick-fil-as and wish there was better management here to help train employees and treat guests better. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee but received one that wasn’t made correctly, without ice, which he would not fix and didn’t give me the opportunity to explain. I’m not disappointed about the coffee, it’s not a big deal, but just how ill-mannered he was.
