I have now come back to this chick FIL a twice the last month. The first time my wife ordered a sandwich on a gluten free bun. The order was lost and had to be remade. When we got home and she started biting into her sandwich she discovered plastic in her food. The manager only comped her the sandwich which is fine.

ZAC, a “lead” at the Sanford FL location was very NASTY, his attitude and professionalism was DEPLORABLE. I place an order through the mobile app for two 3 piece chicken tender meals for pickup at the dive-thru, I arrived to the location, an employee advised me to go to the window without confirming my order. I sat in line for about 7 mins pulled up to the window and was then told by a dark skinned guy with glasses (I did not collect his name) that my spicy chicken meal can not be made, I told him I did not order anything spicy. He then asked my name and I confirmed, he left scrambling to find my order and came back 5 mins later telling me my order was cancelled. I asked to be compensated he walked away, then here comes “ZAC ALMIGHTY” AGGRESSIVELY approaching me with HOSTILITY in his voice asking “How can I help you?” I was taken aback! I asked him why is he being so hostile towards me, he responded “We already told you we can’t make your order get out of the line” I asked him to calm down and asked to be compensated once again. He then stated that his operation would not allow it and that I will get my $8.20 back on my card. At this point I’m feeling HIGHLY OFFENDED, I could have caused a scene but my 7 year old was witnessing “ZAC ALMIGHTY” DESPICABLE behavior so I left thinking $22.23 was not worth it. This was a HORRIBLE experience. Zac should not be in any position of power, his ability to work under pressure and interact with customers is NONEXISTENT, SOO UNFORTUNATE!..

I give up! I can not get Honey Roasted BBQ sauce with my Grilled Chicken Sandwich no matter what I do! It is supposed to come with it. I have requested it via the app. I have requested it in person. I have complained to corporate. I have mentioned it to at least 5 different employees. It is extremely difficult to get grilled chicken on a gluten-free bun anywhere. That is why I eat at Chick-fil-A. Both are delicious, and the sauce makes it better. All gluten-free buns are dry, so you need some sauce. I have used the app since 2019. Recently, they lost my order altogether, so I deleted the app. Today (8/17/23 @ noon), I decided to go through the drive thru. I ordered my usual and requested Honey Roasted BBQ sauce when asked by the order taker (who was great). At the window, they asked me to park with my hazards on. I said, “Sure! Can you please make sure they give me Honey Roasted BBQ sauce?” The employee replied, “Did you ask for it when you ordered?” Me, “Yes, but they always forget.” So I pull up and wait. The same employee brings my order. Guess what? No sauce!!! I didn’t feel like going inside and begging for sauce. I ate it dry. I can’t do it anymore. I’m done.

Went there Wednesday order a chicken sandwich and a kids meal. The sandwich was good,but when I took a bite of the chicken that was in the kids meal it was pink inside. Will check every piece next time.

This place was absolutely amazing. First time being here and service and quality was amazing. The ordering process is insanely fast and we got our order immediately. The sandwich that I got was delicious. The bun was glossy and had a good taste and the chicken was great. I would recommend this restaurant to many friends.

I dont come here often but every time i do theres one worker who i see every time . The first time i met Liniqua it was beyond busy, she was running around inside and out trying to find whoever had ordered the meal she was carrying , she did that for about 10 minutes until she found them . Shes so sweet , she asked almost everyone who was seated if they needed anything EVERY time she walked past and she was so pleasant about it . She goes above and beyond !!! I know fast food isnt easy , she definitely deserves a raise!!! I also met a very nice women on my last visit , her name is nancy. She seemed like a sweet kind soul who actually enjoys her job .
