This is my two grandsons’ favorite place. They love everything about this place. If they are happy, grandma is happy. One comment…I have been several places with my grandchildren. Sometimes the language is awful. I don’t get that at this restaurant. It is truly a family restaurant.

I enjoy stopping here with my toddler daughter for lunch when we are in the area! Employees are always super helpful and rather friendly and that makes the trip a little easier for me! Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The only thing that would deter my visit is the parking lot is super packed due to the drive thru if you don’t get there before that starts rolling in. That suddenly makes it too difficult. Other than that its always been a great experience!

Eating lunch with my family was a breeze this afternoon. Tyler was attentive in the dining room, ensuring a clean atmosphere and topped-off drinks. Ben behind the counter was friendly and accommodating when I asked for ice cream instead of kids toys after my children changed their minds. I also cannot stress the helpfulness of the inside playground. Thanks Chick Fil A Viera for another quality meal with exceptional service!

The male workers were screaming at each other about their tasks around customers in the service window. They got my order wrong after I clarified it on two different trips (drink size and grilled vs fried items). The parking lot is not ideal for the traffic. Beyond that everything else is great. 3/5 stars for comparison to other locations I’ve been to across the country.

This location has really gone down hill as of late. We walked in and the lobby was destroyed; tables were covered in food, used napkins, and wipes. The seats are torn as well. There was definitely plenty of employees around. None of them just were tending to the lobby. Some were standing by the counter eating ice cream and while it’s okay to have fun, at least take care of your customers at the same time.

You just can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A. They put their souls into giving the best service possible. They will run you down to give you a bag of food you forgot to grab in the drive through. One employee ran past me on 95 to catch someone for dropping their debit card. I was going 85mph.
