I order a 12 pc chicken nuggets meal with a side of Mac n cheese for delivery. It had been a while since I ate chik-fil-a so I was excited! However when the food I arrived I noticed they forgot the Polynesian sauce which was really annoying cause I made sure to specify in the order to please include 2 sauces. It’s sauce, I’ll live without it. But they also forgot my fries which is 1/3 of my meal. And then on top of all that, when I opened my Mac n cheese,it looked fine so I started eating it. After the 2 spoonful, I discovered they whole bottom was burnt. So basically they put in the burn mac n cheese and then covered it with regular mac n cheese so it wasn’t evident upon opening it. That’s 3 strikes already. I spent $18 for them forget half of the things I requested and on top of that give me burnt food. I’m extremely disappointed.

When in the southern US Chick-fil-A is a must and this location didn’t disappoint. My usual nuggets and waffle fries combo with that lemonade, and world famous Chick-fil-A sauce was oh so good . I chose to dine inside and was graciously provided with a mint and wet-wipe to clean my hands by a friendly worker.

Frankly, Chick Fil A is a consistently positive dining experience. For a fast food joint, they really know how to respect your time and needs. Dining in was a treat. Quick ordering and food prep. They even have a super nice gentleman who is cleaning tables and grabbing food and drinks for you. Their chicken burger, waffle fries, and their lemonade/tea mix were all excellent and great value. Super recommend this location!

Be careful who you have running your business as you have excellent cashiers and staff but the rudeness of your “staff leader” and his face would drive all the good employees away. Keep your employees happy and your customers will be happy. Don’t let one bad leader ruined your whole staff. From a business manager to another business manager. You need a good leader who can help your staff grow no to make them feel less.

I placed a carry out order but needed to get 2 bags of ice. I was told I had to wait in the line (which was extremely long) in order to order the ice that I needed. Mind you while standing in the long line my food I ordered was now ready. Rhys was a huge inconvenience and totally unnecessary. Customer service needs to do better

I have been here 5 times. 3 out of five times I ordered a breakfast burrito, and specifically asked for salsa. At the window each time I ask and have been told the sauces are in the bag, and each time it has not included salsa. I know, I should have looked myself, and asked for it before leaving. But all I can think is that if God can’t help them get this right, where else is God failing us?

Rating based on a fast food restaurant. Great place for fast food fried chicken hamburguer is good and crunchy. Fries I preffer more crunch they are soft and could have salt. Order food is very quick they have a great system in place. The nuggets is real chicken and not grounded which is great.
