This is the second time this year ! They’ve messed up my order . I’m so over this location and the last time I drove back to fix my order the manager was less than understanding and showed little to no customer service skills. Today I order a simple 4ct chicken minis and got a 12 count chicken nugget . Normally that would be a dream for some but this morning it was just a nightmare. Dry nuggets with honey and jelly on the side .

Ordered in drive-thru. The young lady entered my order incorrectly. Forgot to ring up an extra side I requested. (No big deal they were extremely busy) However, when I arrived to the pickup window I noticed the mistake and asked the manager (that was already assisting outside) to ring up the side because the cashier forgot. Instead of apologizing and correcting the issue, he became combative and extremely condescending, which was unnecessary considering I was polite and already handing him my credit card to pay for the difference. He told me I was wrong as though his team doesn’t make mistakes. To top it off, I opened one of my sandwiches and it was missing pickles, when I specifically asked for extra pickles, which just further proves mistakes are possible at the “Wonderful World of Chick-fil-A” and as I customer I deserve better treatment and respect.

Food is alway great here, but the customer service is amazing. I felt compelled to say that Jodi is super kind, and polite. Goes over and beyond. She walked over a few times asked if we were good. Even took out tray when we were done. Held the door open for a guy that had his hands full and carrying a baby. Thanks !

Nice new building, drive thru is awesome, order is taken, asked if we want sauces? We say yes Chick-Gil-A sauce please! We pick up order, goto to our picnic spot and no sauce….common, always the same old story….I mean had we forgotten to ask I get it….it’s not rocket science. Very disappointed Dad.

Went there this morning before 10 am. This was the first time for me as there was no one outside to take the order as all the others I had previously visited. But that part was ok however, the person that took my order was not pleasant at all, she kept over talking me me when I was trying to order from the menu and I had to correct her several times.she had a very aggressive tone. When I finally drove to the window she looked at me with her funny makeup gave me my order and turned around. Never said thank you. It must have been a bad morning for her so far… I have never experienced bad service from chick fil an until today…

I just got my food from this Chick-fil-A. And I’m kind of disgusted. I went to the restroom and there was a young lady that came out and she did not wash her hands and she works there. Please make sure all your employees wash their hands after using the restroom. No one wants to eat from dirty people. Definitely not coming back to the Chick-fil-A. Made me not want to come back to any Chick-fil-A or fast food place. This is my warning to you guys. Be careful this location.

I order through the app a chicken biscuit and 4 mini chicken the biscuit was hard I had to threw it out. call for a refund they needed me to come back to the store even though I order through their app. then she offer a free breakfast entrée award which will take 3 to 4 business days to show up on the app overall this was first and last time visiting this particular chick-fil- a. I had extremely terrible visit still ended up not getting breakfast smh

Went thru drive thru at store opening and came back to the hotel and missing two items in the order. Call the store a gentleman answer and explain to him I had two missing order the gentleman said it ok you can come back and I will call the store and let them know. I drove to the store told them I had two missing items and the girl at the window recognize me and say your missing the nuggets and I said yes. She went to get the store either manager or supervisor women and came asking me for my receipt I told her I don’t have it on me and she said sorry there nothing I can do if you don’t have a receipt. I told her I was the third cars in line at open and even the girl that work at the window told the manager or supervisor I was the third order and she still said no I cant help you. So I ask her I have had the bag will that work and she said yes. So I called my wife to text me a picture of the bags for her to give me my two missing chicken nuggets order. Very bad customer service.
