I was here with my wife on a Wednesday evening and ordered a very simple order of 2 spicy deluxe sandwiches with medium fries. The service was extremely slow, it took 30 minutes for us to get our order and the boy by the window that was passing the orders simply placed the bags in my hand, didn’t say a word to make sure he was handing the correct order and just walked away. Other than the two employees blocking the pick up area by having a conversation, it was a smooth visit. The food was good and it made me realize that you MUST get the app and order ahead. It’s so much quicker than the drive through.

This is by far the DIRTIEST Chick-fil-A I’ve ever walked in to. I kept seeing the manager walk past the FULL garbage bins and not do anything about it. The tables were ALL sticky and dirty. I will never return here!

This location is horribly managed, every time I come they either mess up the order (the ticket literally says what it is?) Or serve me to-go despite asking for my meal for here. Any question or inquiry is met with a dismissive attitude and the floors and tables dirty/not taken care of.

Ordered through door dash.. damn near ate all my sandwich to turn it over and find a roach fried into my sandwich. After vomiting for 20 minutes, i went to the location and the manager treated it as if it was “the norm” she quietly apologized and handed me $20. She then proceeded to fill orders. IM DISGUSTED. I’m more upset because now i have to end my love for Chick fil a!

I just ordered from here usually they are pretty good. I asked the girl standing outside for a menu and she just pointed at the big sign in the drive thru which we weren’t there. There were cars in front of us .I didn’t know the name of the sandwich and she literally spoke and I told her that one which was the one with cheese lettuce tomato. I spent over $30 just to end up without the one I wanted just because she didn’t want to get a menu. I even called to speak to someone no one answered the phone. This is the absolute worst CFA I’ve ever been to. Horrible service. I don’t understand what’s the point of so many people working if you don’t know how to work TOGETHER. I ordered online via website with no account. I don’t understand why you didn’t receive the order as you normally would an online order but I asked for help 3x before I was actually helped to tell me I need to check in the app. Sir, have you thought about website orders with no app to check in? That’s not my responsibility to review. Unacceptable service for the amount of employees in there. DO BETTER!
