Going Places
Parking is snug and drive thru is packed, the parking lot itself is small. The inside is not as busy as drive thru, but the atmosphere isn’t the same as all the other Chick-fil-A’s I have been to. This particular Chick-fil-A is not as welcoming or clean. The employee that took my order was fast and friendly, I believe his name was Darnell. He was the best part about my visit as he was knowledgeable and on point. Although, my order was taken correctly I am not a fan of the two sauce rule at this location. I even asked to pay for the other two sauces I needed but inorder to get more sauce I had to buy a whole bottle, which is a bit ridiculous. The fries were hot and tasted great but I order a large and it wasn’t a full thing of fries. The wrap I bought went up a lot on price, but it had very little chicken in it and was mainly romaine.

I haven’t been inside in a long time. The nice thing about chick fila is that the chicken sandwiches are always super hot because of their packaging system. I waited 12 minutes inside for my food. They give you a number and you wait at the table for someone to bring the food. My number was orange fries so I guess they have no way of knowing who is next. Somehow my fries were cold. Never happened before in the drive through. Please note that the drive through is a steady crazy despite another chicken place next door.

I ordered a large meal with a white peach sweet lemonade. I did not know that it would be so small. That in itself would not have been a huge problem, but the young lady got slick out the mouth and told me to look at the picture of the drink next to the milkshake. As I’m leaving the restaurant, I noticed the picture, but the photo shows a large glass of white peach sweet lemonade. I do not appreciate the disrespectful comment that was given.

I just have to say that Marcus is absolutely amazing. Always a great friendly atmosphere no issues with the food line sometimes long but once again the food is so good and the service is so great no doubt. Worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been too!! Placed a mobile order for inside pick up, after waiting 15 min and asking 2 employees finally received it. Grilled nuggets were cold and looked like scraps from the bottom of the bag or worse like someone took bites of them. Asked an employee if they were really considered a 12 count and his response was “I donno, I don’t order the grilled ones”. Employees seemed uninterested to help customers. Won’t ever go back to this location!

This chick fil a is always terrible. Lacking in customer service, quality, and the delivery of your actual food. The management at the establishment on 9/29 at 1pm had no concerns with the drive thru not fulfilling orders and offering terrible customer service. They push you through the line and give attitude when you want to check your order to ensure it is right, then the manager gives even more attitude when you call to address the issue. They can’t even fill your fries.

Just went here yesterday, although I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A and others in the past, they’re food was hot, fresh and service was on point. I ate inside instead of taking food with me to my house, I also wanted to spend less so I got my nuggets and separately (they do small and pretty generous amount for $2.25) I had my water bottle so my bill was under $8 Cane’s new chicken spot has nothing on Chick-fil-A, the Siracha sauce is everything and sometimes, ketchup, mustard & pepper is all you need
